Food was ok they had trivia night and couldn't understand the guy putting on trivia night cause the volume was too loud and went the guy was I guess talking. Couldn't even have a conversation cause the music was so loud. Get better acoustic!
Always a good time here! Friendly neighborhood bar with friendly and tentative staff Happy Hour 3 to 7 p.m. good prices! They have great specials all week long too!
Stay with the burgers and pizza. Never had either one but they had to be better than the chicken fried chicken or the pasta. They didn’t look like any of the pictures posted. The $0.50 tacos were a joke. But the grilled toast was good and the waitress was nice.
Today is my favorite day at down the hatch. ST PATRICKS DAY!!!! You guys out done your self on the corn beef and cabbage this year. 2022 is the best ever! Thank you for your great food and great times! Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!
I love going to Down the Hatch for some food and cold beer. The atmosphere there is great, and there are plenty of TVs for you to see the game from any table. Great staff and prices are good too. Great bar and restaurant for the area. Lots of young adults as well as young families here for dinner and lunch.
My family has eaten here many times, burgers are amazing with lots of choices, the wings are great as well, we get them tossed and grilled, I feel they are underrated in Lincoln. It does get loud, but the severs are on point and really try to take care of you. Shout out to the servers, Ivy, Myriah, Will,Shanna, Logan, and bartenders Ben’s, Luke, and Sydney. Definitely worth a visit. Keep up the great work Lindsey and staff!!!!!
I am really surprised I haven’t been here sooner. The deals that they have a super good and definitely worth checking out they have different deals for lunch and dinner. We went on Wednesday night for tacos, 50 cent hard shell and one dollar soft shell. Drink menu also looked pretty good. I am hoping to come back here soon to check out some more things!
I was disappointed.I went in to order carry out and they were busy. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress if there was any update - and that is when she told me the kitchen was backed up.The bigger disappointment was the food. I had a bacon double cheeseburger. The burger was very dry and under seasoned - the only thing I tasted was the pepper from the bacon. There were no toppings at all and nothing was offered me or put in the bag before I left. The sweet potato fries were way over cooked, no seasoning and were cold by the time I got back to my hotel.They only reason I gave it a 2 star and not a one was because of the drink I ordered which the bar tender made strong.

Great local bar/pub/restaurant. Plenty of TV's to watch the games and a pool table. Food is always great and the service is friendly and prompt! Will visit again.
