Incompetent general manager and even dumber driver's. No one there deserves a job. I'm very glad I never tipped. They refuse to pick up phones and take responsibility when they don't deliver orders correctly or on time. Go to pizza hut or somewhere else this place is just a nightmare

This is the best Dominoes! Love the staff, especially Zach, he was so kind to my special needs boys, 15 and 16 years old! They both wanted to work there! Left applications. The pizza is great, too! Thanks!
Friendly staff. Love the pizza. I can order it "my way." Once they got my order wrong, gave me my next pizza free. Always ready when they say it will be.
I know everyone has a bad day but I live right down the street, and after they said my delivery was pulling up it took almost 45 minutes extra for it to arrive. The delivery driver took it to the wrong apartment. Then they didn't even offer to replace it, or give me my money back everything was cold. Very disappointed customer.

I have used this Domino’s store for years and everything was fine. However, I placed a large order consisting of enough items for several days of meals for me. The total order plus tip was $55 and was taken out of my bank account. I waited for my order and it never came. I tried calling but even when I requested the local store and indicated that I wanted to speak with a person, I was given recorded responses. I tried calling all night until the store was closed and all the next day. Twice I actually spoke to someone in the store and when I explained my problem, both times I was told they would get the manager. You guessed it…I was suddenly disconnected and had to start all over again. I was never able to reach anyone or get a refund. These people have been delivering to my home for years and have my phone number. I used to be able to speak to someone in the local store whenever I called. Needless to say I don’t intend to use them again; however, I had a coupon for 3 free pizzas, so tonight I ordered 2 of them and both were very skimpy on ingredients even when the order requested more of a topping (and I was charged for extra). I have 1more free pizza which I may or may not redeem. After that it will be no more Domino’s for me. Am appalled at the way I was cheated and how I was treated. Whatever trouble this company is facing, they are definitely not handling it well at all. I’ve had only one complaint with them in last 6 years and it was handled immediately when I called the store. Whatever befalls this company in the future, they will have deserved it.
The manager was extremely understanding, we had difficulties with my card but she was very accommodating. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone and the customer service was the best I have ever had at a pizza restaurant. These Dominos employees are extremely welcoming and I will definitely be going here for all future pizza orders.

Placed an online order. The delivery address got changed. Called the store for over 1 hour to get order address changed. The people at this store refused to awnser once. Told the call center I wanted to talk to manager to get my money back. They even refused to awnser the phone at this store location. This store is terrible with costumer service and refused to give my money back. Will not be using Domino’s any further due to their lack in costumer service.
