We loved Dish’s menu and well curated dishes, all with some innovation or fun element that made them interesting. It could be cheaper, especially for drinks.
The smoked salmon appetizer was not good— needed to be served with crackers or toast and there was way too much salmon heaped in a pile—very unappetizing. The trout for dinner was also unappealing and the pork chop was dry and difficult to chew. The best thing was dessert but I got coffee to accompany my dessert but it arrived long after I’d finished the pots de crème. Glad I finally made it here since I’ve been anxious to try it for several years. Our tab was $160 and it was not worth it.

Amazing experience through food! It was one of the best meals I’ve had. What a joy to have such a fantastic restaurant in Lincoln! Get the smoked beets they were do die for!!!
I wish I could give DISH bonus stars. The accolades are well deserved, and although it's on the pricier side for Lincoln, it's well worth it (and would be much more expensive in a major city)! Everything we had, from the smoked beets to the caramelized plum ice cream, and everything in between, was absolutely exceptional. I'm already planning my next visit. Highest recommendation.
I was underwhelmed, and considering the price point, that shouldn’t be the case. The food was fine, and interesting to look at, but the elements on the plate didn’t add up to a cohesive dish. Not to mention, the menu in person did not match the menu on their website. Three of the dishes I was most interested in trying were not even listed on their in house menu.
Though the portions are smaller for the prices, the flavor of the food is fantastic. The smoked beets are some of the best I've ever had. The flavor of the salmon was awesome all the extras that came with it were good. The horchata sorbet was delightful. Drinks were delightful. I wasn't disappointed.
We went with a couple and had a glorious time having both of the breads, 3 appetizers, and tried each other dishes and 3 desserts!
This our new favorite spot in Lincoln! The food was very very good. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go out on a nice date in Lincoln! The food menu is progressive (dishes get larger as you I’ve down the menu) but all of them are delicious! We started with the vanilla-sesame brioche and the grilled radicchio, gems, and pear. Both of these were to die for. Our main entree was equally delicious! I love how they have a rotating menu. Makes the experience that much more unique! The drink menu also looks to have a lot of tasteful drinks! We had a glass of wine and a cherry bomb. I would highly recommend this place!
