Had a cheesesteak sandwich. So sad how bad of a sandwich this was. Ordered a 12 inch and the first sandwich was cold. Not even luke warm. The 2nd sandwich had enough meat for a 6 inch sandwich when I ordered a 12 inch. There was so much grease on the sandwich it tasted old. Daughter in law had soup and it was greasy also. So sad to see such a fantastic restaurant go so down hill.
Main reason I give 1 star is because they forgot my cheesecake( which I did pay for the cherries on top). The only thing I really wanted was the cheesecake. the chicken Alfredo was very very seasoned. Personally not a fan but I tend to like bland foods.
Ok obviously Davincis is good, I think everyone in town knows that. The problem is they're constantly skimping the orders! I get the same thing every time I come, cheese steak; extra meat extra cheese, both of those extra cost a significant amount and they never actually give me extra I took a picture of my "extra" vs my gfs non extra and they look exactly the same. And they literally give like 16 fries, fries are extra btw. I'm a long time fan of Davincis but their pricing/portion size ratio is getting absolutely ridiculous.

We just left the North 27th location and am so disappointed in the food quality, I had to write this ASAP. I ordered chicken alfredo; the chicken tasted bad, the sauce was more of a pesto, & the grease plenty. My son's "philly" had burnt meat, but was served cold. We also noticed tables, counters, & floor not clean. I do NOT recommend at all.

The food was really good. The employee who helped us was friendly and attentive. The dining area was nice and clean.I ordered the Turkey Bacon Hot Ranch and it was delicious. My wife got the club and had no complaints.The store has a sign on the front door stating that they’re short staffed but we did not notice in delays.I would definitely recommend.
Service is good, food is always good. I would give 5 stars but last time I was in there I asked for jalapenos and black olives be added to my sandwich and they didn't add them yet I was still charged for them. I didn't make it an issue and the sandwich was still good.
Chicken cheesesteak barely had any chicken in it. Dry flavorless chicken tenders, and the Alfredo sauce smells and tastes like there is nutmeg or something in it that just does not belong. First time ordering and will absolutely be last. I unfortunately have no positive feedback at all.
