This location used to be the best one in Lincoln for making Blizzards, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered a large Cookie Dough Blizzard and ate half, but only had two and a half chunks of cookie dough.
Went there last night, Skyler with the dope pink hair served me, best customer service I’ve had in a while, thank you!
Bad service, food wasnt hot. Chicken strips were terribly dry. Ice cream was good.
I ordered a royal brownie blizzard and I found a hair at the bottom 1/3 cup. Tried to call and alondra (not sure how its spelled) answered and said she couldn't hear me. I'm sitting in the bridal parking lot. Very upset ?
It's food and it's sometimes fast. Helpful that the microwave is conveniently placed near the drive-thru window so you can watch them nuke your burger right before they hand it to you.
Blizzards are now over $6 for a large, but that's more the fault of Joe Biden and this reckless inflation on his watch than the franchisee, I suppose.
One star due to the fact that I spent $7.10 for a chicken sandwich and received a chicken salad with no dressing, no napkins, no fork, (but I got a knife ?) and I waited more than five minutes to have my order taken being the only customer in the store, and then proceeded to wait over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich, which came out as a salad. After calling to talk to the manager to see what we could do to fix it, she tells me there’s nothing she can do. What an awful way to manage a store. If I could rate this Dairy Queen 0 stars, I 100% would.
Never had a wrong order here, but have definitely had weird encounters with the staff, though not recently. There was once the woman at the window said I'd have to come inside, but they didn't tell me why. I went in to get my food and they still didn't tell me why??? It was such a weird experience. Haven't had that problem since, but did stick out to me a bit.
About 7-9 young servers inside w all of them visiting from a middle aged lady who seemed to be working there. Sat waiting for them to be done visiting. Then some other kid walks in which the servers visited w instead of helping anyone.
The rotisserie chicken salad was great and the customer service excellent!
