It smelled of rotten food. Our ice cream seemed fine, but I couldn't have eaten in the restaurant with that smell.
Fast service. Hot cheese curds. Cold old chicken strips. Will try again next time we are driving thru Nedraska.
Food is good. Small for 22 dollars. I'm wondering if it is because I am white that the girl who delivered my food acted like I didn't exist when I thanked here loud enough for everyone to here. This place has really good youngsters, as well as very rude kids.
Everyone was friendly, however, no one was in a rush. Went to get a couple of blizzards and a sundae. Took 5 minutes to get the blizzards made and then the machine ran out of ice cream mix. 15 minutes later, they got the mix replaced and made my sundae, but the wrong size. The blizzards had melted so they remade those. Then they corrected the sundae size. In all, 25 minutes. Glad I chose to go inside and didn't waste gas in the drive thru.
Check your receipt before you drive off with your food. I clearly asked for a single burger and was charged for a double. Also, bring back the shrimp baskets... the cheeseburgers suck!
Unbelievably slow service, I had to ask what was going on, eventually got me *single blizzard* after like 20 minutes and they didn’t even say sorry*Update: if you would like to give me a better experience, please send me a coupon for a free blizzard (I'll wait)
Stopped on 5/20/22. Ordered a Girl Scout mint Blizzard. It was horrible! It had huge pieces of cookie, little if any mint flavor and sloppy. I couldn't even eat it. Other Lincoln Dairy Queen's serve great ones!
Our blizzards were soupy; didn’t get turned over. I ordered a cookie dough in chocolate ice cream. Turns out it’s a chocolate shavings with brownie something or other. Whoever took our order repeated it back and got it right. Whoever made it didn’t care to get it right. We also got an Oreo dirt pie one and the ice cream is vanilla in it, not chocolate like their picture shows or it didn’t get mixed up? The cups were a mess with ice cream running down the side and we had to ask for napkins. I guess being observant wasn’t part of their job duties tonight. Disappointment not going again.
terrible. everyone looked extremely annoyed when we walked in the door. we came in to the drive through at 9:20 and sat there for 20 minutes with the line not moving at all. decided to come inside to get ice cream at 9:40 and was given nothing but complete attitude. i understand you closed in 20 minutes but if you didn’t want to work at a popular ice cream place that closes at 10, maybe don’t work there. came back outside at 9:50 and the drive through line was exactly where it was when we decided to go inside instead. everyone was standing around inside and glaring at us when we walked up to the register, never again. terrible.
Terrible experience the last two times we’ve been there. This place used to be decent but as of the last month or so, it’s been awful. Staff has no common sense or intelligence, they argue with customers and won’t fix incorrect orders, and they’re apparently too lazy to do any cleaning because all the tables were dirty. An employee brought us our food and told me they were out of gravy for my chicken strip basket. Rather than asking what sauce I wanted instead, he just brought me a cup of ranch. I asked what sauce it was that he gave me and he said “I don’t know.” Second time we were there, we went through the drive-through and they completely screwed up the order and needed to be walked through every item they messed up up and still couldn’t get it right. We ordered two blizzards with our meals and the employee even read our order back to us correctly. When we went to the pick-up window, the first blizzard wasn’t correct and they argued with us saying we didn’t order a second one. There’s a severe lack of management at this place and no one seems to care about doing their jobs. Maybe stop advertising that you’re hiring 15 year olds if this is how they act.
