This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. No wonder they won’t share information for the management! They obviously don’t have the customer in mind. I get that everyone is dealing with staffing issues right now but treating the customers like they don’t matter won’t help you in the long run.
Was driving all over the Central area looking for a yummy quick bite, but everything good was already closing. Decided to come try it here. My mom loved their ice cream and great friendly service. I had the burger and ice cream. Everything was perfect ? ❤

That was bad! Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes for some melted blizzards. They were moving slooooow. There was also some clear gunk on the bottom of the cups that looked like mold. It was not a pleasant experience. Dear DQ please close this location, or make it a lot better.
Very distasteful when you pull up to order food and you can't read the menu board because the lights are shut off on it and when u ask if something is wrong with it the girl working says no it's just off because we close soon. Really you close in about half an hour the drive thru has plenty of cars sitting in it and they are having issues ordering as well because it is dark out your business is still open but you shut the lights off on the menu board so ur customers can't read it people were using their phones to shine the flashlight on it to order. No Thanks I will take my business else where . Bad choice on this manager and employees working we were not the only vehicle to drive off due to this.4-28-22 @8:32pm

Food was good, hot and ready quickly. I love the peanut butter cup Blizzard but it has to be with chocolate ice cream. Luckily DQ doesn't mind substituting to make the perfect blizzard
Don't tell their night crew they made a mistake. They will #[email protected]& you over.Ordered a large hot fudge sundae with pecans. Due to the weather they didn't hear the hot fudge part. When they handed me a large pecan sundae I informed them of the mistake. They in turn informed me it wasn't a mistake and didn't attempt to fix it until I asked two employees if it was an either or option.Both didn't answer the question giving the impression they wanted to tell me yes. The second employee eventually took the large sundae without hot fudge back and instead of just putting hot fudge on that he remade it as a small sundae with hot fudge and pecans. I called their attention to the size and the girl who handed it to me informed me that was in fact a large sundae in tone that clearly meant take it or leave it.I was answering a craving so I took it mostly because I was afraid of what they might attempt to give me next.
Service was fine, food was ok. Burger wasn't as good as the last one I had. Ice cream is always wonderful.
Best ice cream cakes! However the staff was not very friendly.
