Painfully slow service on a Friday night. Below average food. It shouldn't be this hard. I waited 25 minutes in the drive though. Never again.
Been going here for past few years and past few visits have been disappointing. Our order is always wrong. Either get wrong or no dipping sauces. Our ice cream is poorly made and melted by time we get it. Also they never do the signature blizzard flip. Tonight's order was gross, fries were cold and burnt tasting same with our chicken strips and the toast had no butter on them.
My daughter had her very first track meet and that thing was long and when it was over you know we were hungry! Thank you for feeding us, Dairy Queen!
The restaurant/drive thru closes at 9.There is no way to edit the hours. They don't seem willing to update it, so I hope this helps someone. Staff glared daggers at me when I dared to pull up 10 minutes before they close. I wouldn't have made the trip if I knew they closed at 9, but the only information I saw just said 'open now'. Pretty unprofessional and stressful for staff and customers.
Went to the north 48th location the girl taking our order didnt even acknowledge us just stared at us really, didn’t even crack a smile. We ordered our food and she walks away , so I’m waiting for food and I notice the cook did not have any gloves on while preparing our food. I asked for my money back and asked the girl that helped us to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, she said her name was katie. She did not offer a resolution to our problem or even apologize. We will not be returning
Today they did a great job, everything was fresh and delicious. And the cashier was very courteous
Went 30 minutes to close they had everything shut off make sure to look closed people still inside laziness to it's finest called the store no answer. Great work people!!!
I eat here a couple or few times a month. The kids that work here are always nice and never rude or in a rush. The order is always correct and the food is always well prepared.
I went there yesterday to order my food and I look up I seen the cook didn’t have any gloves on while fixing the food he was holding cheese with his bare hands put it on the meat. So I’m like I know for a fact you supposed to wear gloves. And I told the other employee that the cook is not wearing any gloves while fixing other people food. I will not eat there again.
Great for ice cream snack, though it's slowed and like many stores they should correct the hour on sites. They close an hour earlier than last year.
