This store has really gone down hill. It used to be a really nice drive-thru restaurant but this location seems to either be very under-staffed or having some other management issue. Drive thru cashier was very rude (which normally I'd just give a pass, everyone has a bad day), wait time was long (which again normally wouldn't bother me, I understand stuff happens), our order did not receive the sides we paid for (double checked receipt to make sure they were on there), of the two burgers we received, one was fine but the other was extremely greasy (if you didn't know better, you'd think one was from a different restaurant). Overall a negative experience. Was very disappointing after a long afternoon running errands and just wanting a quick meal our way out of town. 2/5 Stars, only reason not a 1/5 is because this location used to be really good and I hope it can be again. Culver's is a good chain, I just suggest dining at one of their other locations to save yourself from disappointment. Visit date 6/21/22

American fast food at its finest. I ordered the double deluxe basket and my food was brought to me! At first glance I could tell that it was quality and as I indulged I was presently surprised how good it was. The bun was soft and warm. The lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles were all fresh and flavorful. The beef patties were juicy, tender and had that grilled taste with quality melted cheese. The crinkle cut fries were the perfect side to enjoy. I will be coming back very soon.
Came in for late snack ~9:40 pm. Ordered, went find a table, the place was a filthy mess, cleaned our own table to sit down, waited till ~9:50, once food arrived, to meals were wrong & over done?, burgers looked like they were run over by steam roller & sitting in the sun for hours???? They corrected orders & received new food @ 9:55. [email protected] 10:00 pm we were told & they were closing. Said fine will finish, got our ice cream at that point. Then @ 10:10 we were informed we needed to leave, what the??? Treated w/ disrespect. I ask for manager, not there, then was informed they were high school age workers & needed to leave. Sooo, @ 10:18 we gather our food & left, never to return, bad experience (w/ exception of 1 young girl was so apologetic). If they want to close & leave 10-15 mins after 10, they should close the dining room @ 9:30 & allow guests to finish in peace, w/o being hassled to get out.
Had to change my raiting. Food quality is decreasing. No better example than the cheese curds. Very clear the recipe has changed. For the worse.
I was visiting friends and family in Denton and I was really wanting some culver. the hospitality was AMAZING!! The person who took our order was also the manager ( micah) .He was very patient with us while we were ordering and even offered help with some ideas. Overall a very good time at Culver’s.
The staff is always friendly and polite. It’s consistently delicious.

The cashier was patient with me considering my first time at this establishment. The food was good! I got a double cheese burger and it did not disappoint me. It isn’t a huge burger; but we are trying to consider portion control right? I don’t want to be in a coma, I want to be pleasantly plump for my journey back into the world. The crinkle cut fries were a perfect temp.
