I honestly would love to speak to the owner. On July 23rd Saturday my girlfriend and I went in there to eat lunch. Mind you I go here every once in awhile because it's one of the few places left in town with a salad bar the lady working the front desk says her name is Patricia I asked her how much the buffet was she was rude about that then I went to go get salad and the salad was slimy and brown and I asked her if she had any other salad she rudely told me that was the last bag so I still tried to pick through the salad and made one and let her know that they were pretty much out of ranch I went down the line to get my pizza she rudely says here is the ranch you were asking for three times I pointed out to her that she does not need to be as rude as what she was she began yelling at me we both raised our voices to each other she would not stop. I eventually asked for my money back and as I was walking out she told me not to ever step foot in there again. She was extremely rude and you can tell that she hates her job I would love to talk to the owner.
Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet. Fresh salad bar. Fresh pizza. And excellent dessert choices. Free refills on fountain drinks. Coin operated games.
This place has definitely gone downhill.The pizza was greasy & most of the other food looked like they were sitting out for hours. There was a homeless person loitering with a dog inside and his bike, etc. was outside in front of everybody’s walkway to get in. All the food tasted bland and all the same! Definitely never coming back!
Staff was quick and friendly, price was admirably cheap and the arcade seemed reasonably stocked with working games but the food just wasn't impressive. As a adult I came to eat and allow my niece to have fun but the food seriously missed the mark. Sadly I'd rather make a few Totino's pizzas in the oven at home than eat that pizza again. The pasta was just weird. It's like it was cooked, then frozen then cooked again. The pizza just packed flavor and the texture left us questioning.The redeeming quality of this restaurant is the staff we spoke to, quick, happy to help, knowledgeable and they always seemed to be cleaning something.Great staff, bad recipes. Without the staff I'd rate this place a 2 or 3 star.
This is a buffet so it is mostly "do it yourself".Food was good but almost every pizza could have been cooked a bit longer, especially dessert pizza was kind of soggy with frosting.
Want to give a huge shout out to the crew that worked at noon today, 5/14/22. The pizza and service was great! Thanks for being awesome to our school bus load.
My husband and I had the dinner buffet and, as usual, everything was great! The buffet is such a good price! The cinnamon buns are so good!! The restaurant was clean and that was so encouraging!!
The gentlemen who is making pizza is incredibly friendly and takes a lot of pride in the pizza and makes sure to ask how it was. It’s the best I’ve ever had at CIci
We ordered pizza at about 5:30. Our food was estimated to be here between 5:55 and 6:04. The door dasher got it at 6:15. After the estimated time that it was supposed to be delivered. We didn’t get the pizza until 7:15. We could have driven to a sit down restaurant and been served in the almost two hours it took to get here. You get what you pay for I guess. Will not be ordering here again.
Do not believe their offer of a 3.99 buffett..even tho no drink is required..tge lady said the owner said I have to buy the drink for an extra 2.50 for the coupon to be used!! Joke this place is, i showed her coupon n she said i know what it says,but tve owner says different ..even tho they are the one that made the offer.......
