Family had lunch and not all that impressed. The steak was dry and tough, the apollo chicken was also very dry but had good enough flavor. The rice was very overpowering with cilantro and I like cilantro. All the meat selections looked as though they had been sitting around for a very long time, in no way fresh what so ever!
Your usual chipotle where the staff doesn't shy away from decent portions.
ordered a bowl and they did a good job with the portions of everything but I could not enjoy it one bit because the rice was so hard I quite literally thought rocks somehow got in it. What a waste of money
Love creating my own bowl to whatever I am feeling. Very convenient and delicious!
I would give this 0 stars if I could. Placed an order today at 1130am to be picked up around 12pm by my brother. My brother shows up and the order isn't ready. Ok fine it's busy and lunch rush hour.. no problem. Over half an hour later it has slowed down but my order is still not ready. 12:35pm-ish he checks with the crew and they realized they missed my order. They even tripled check it 3x to confirm. Now you'd think they make the order right away right? WRONG. Over half an hour later, around 1:10pm they finally start making my order. He's been at Chipotle for over an hour waiting for our food. You cannot get me to return to this establishment after today, nope.
I mentioned that my order was gluten-free , my server not only changed his gloves for me but changed out the serving utensils also.
Very small portions - worse chipotle location.
Good food, quick service. Reg & large chips looked to be same amount... forgot to include the hot sauce requested with burrito
The o street location is a lot better. I ordered delivery twice in a row from them and my experience was bad. Second time they literally gave me half bowls when I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken, only got couple pieces of chicken.
I got a brown rice bowl and chips. The rice was very undercooked and the chips were greasy and stale. The rest of the meal was fine but it was still an unpleasant experience.
