I believe I watched an employee get fired in the dining room. It was completely unprofessional and it made my family feel extremely uncomfortable. We will never be coming back to this location. Everyone could see what was going on and it was an abhorrent situation. Extremely disappointed in the restaurant that is known for having great customer service.
I can't say enough good things about the customer service. The order is correct. The staff is friendly. It is enjoyable to eat at this restaurant.
My husband and I eat here regularly. Tonight they messed up our order for the first time out of the dozens of times we've been here over the years. They were apologetic and offered a solution for the trouble right away. Only stinks we didn't not till we were home and didn't want to drive back across town to get more due to gas prices. I'm still giving them 5 stars because they always get our order right, other than one time out of dozens, and when they did mess it up tonight, they immediately offered a solution for the trouble and apologized. Their employees are always great and they don't seem to have trouble with enough help as they are always speedy and cheerful, plus the food is delicious.
First time here . Everything is over cooked .And I have to bring own food to the table.The only reason this restaurant is busy because of their location , NOT BECAUSE OF THEIR FOOD OR SERVICE !!Don’t waste your money and time here !!!
The employees are kind and friendly, always a great experience. Not to mention the food is delicious. My favorite is the Mac and Cheese, what are your thoughts on making a large size? I’ll keep wishing ha! Thanks for all that you do, it truly makes all the difference when coming to eat when everyone is kind and friendly.
This locations prides itself in accuracy and kindness towards its guests!! I always get through the line quickly and am generally asked if I’m having a good day. The employees go above and beyond the basic expectations of fast food employees.
