We were really excited to try this restaurant & for it being our first time we were very disappointed. There were only two other tables and a TON of staff & yet the service was not only slow but the staff completely was lazy. We didn’t get our drinks. Weren’t given any silverware our appetizer was cold and then took forever to order. We won’t be returning. It was such a disappointing experience.
Food was amazing!! All of it! Loved the atmosphere and service as well! Will definitely be returning!
I can confidently say that the French dip burger with mushrooms was probably the best burger I've eaten in my entire life.. and I don't use that kind of language often. It was so. damn. perfectly. delicious. So flavorful and complex. The haystack appetizer also impresses with a very generous portion and really good toppings and flavor.
Everything was salty. My kid wouldnt eat his chicken on his sandwich due to the amount of salt. The fries were average, and the cheese curds were too. The burgers were undercooked. The prices are too high in comparison to other meals of the same quality. Spent $75.00 with tip for three of us. All in all it's like lipstick on a pig, looking the part doesn't cut it in the food service world.
Burgers and fries done right for sure! I recommend the classic as it always pleases: a wagyu beef with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles! And the fries—YES! Not sure how they are made, but they taste and have the texture of thrice fried potatoes— not a hint of sogginess!Before taking the risk of coming here for a burger, my go to when I just had to have a good burger, was Honest Abe’s. I still love Honest Abe’s, and its three Lincoln locations is a plus, but if you’re headed towards South-point—plan on eating at Charred!! You will not be disappointed!
I had the avocado loaded fries and the jalapeno popper burger. Both were phenomenal and a good price for how much food it was. The server was super sweet and the service was quick.
Went there for the first time. The service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Best service I've had in a long time (wish I had gotten your name to give you a shout-out) the food was great. The cheese curds had the most amazing breading and paired great with the garlic aioli. My burger was phenomenal. Wife's was great too. Price was good which isn't always easy to find with inflation now a days. Will definitely be returning.
Great to have a burger joint in the Southpointe area again! Wagyu beef is obviously the draw, but there’s even a unique vegetarian chickpea burger option. Kid-approved, and don’t forget dessert: I’d personally recommend the warm brownie with ice-cream. Kudos to the super-friendly staff as well
The tastiest burger that I have ever had. The employees are so friendly, and they have some of the best suggestions when ordering. I had a fungi burger and it was the best burger that I've had. I will definitely go again soon.
Burgers had so much flavor. Very good. Loved the fries. Dipped in garlic aioli.
