How do you forget fries and banana peppers on my sandwich and then I call 6x and get no answer I'll never order from here ever again if I pay $50 or more for my food get it right how hard can that be
The Cashier Woman charged me Extra on my card thinking she could be slick. Im a working single woman. & i did enjoy a low end cheesesteak here in lincoln. It was do able. Just check your reciepts. Is all im saying. There cheesesteaks are high charging compared to what there giving.and she's obviously taking dibs on her cash register.
Straight GARBAGE!! First of all, I highly doubt the owner of this mediocre establishment has ever been to Philadelphia, let alone know what an actual philly cheesesteak is supposed to taste like. If your idea of a great sandwich is a little bit of meat, covered in weeks old grease, this is your spot! OH MY GOD! the food was absolutely disappointing in taste and looks. They over cook the meat and then drench it in grease to make up for the dryness. The owner(s) should be embarrassed and the franchise needs to be notified about their lack of knowledge in the sandwich making industry... Just go to Subway or Jimmy Johns, seriously!R.I.P. Speedy employees who make the food right in front of you. The food tastes greatly good. I wish a little more love was put into the Ultimate Fries though. They taste good but are very sloppily assembled. I will however give the benefit of the doubt and say that they were busy.

9/25/2021The Charley's at home closed. I miss them. I was here to see family ? so got my Charley's fix. Oh so yummy. Plus I use their app and had $5 in rewards on it. Got the steak cheesesteak and the reward. ?
Update, they sent me coupons for the difference of the cost of the wrong order. I am hoping that they have resolved the issue with the rude manager. I will keep you up to date when I go back if the experience is better on next trip.
You can always get pretty good food here. I've always enjoyed their lemonades in particular.
ALWAYS super busy so keep that in mind. However all the food is made fresh right in front of you. They have good Philly Sandwiches, and loaded fries. I enjoy the Phillysteak. It is rather pricey as most mall good is, so keep that in mind.
