I love BWW but my experience here was not pleasant. They served my daughter stale fries and I found a hair in my wings. Also there wasn't anyone in the front of the restaurant and we had to wait a couple of minutes before we were offered service. Also the place is dirty! The place needs better management.
If you have another option, take it.Service sucked, food was cold when delivered, waited 60 min for a simple boneless wing and fries order.
Normally good service but this time I went in the bartender barely gave me the time of day while I waited for my food. Sat with an empty beer and glass of water for 15 min before my food came while she checked on almost every one else 2 or 3 times when I would of taken an extra beer
Great food, delicious and hot especially when you crave wings.
Was not impressed! I understand a wing place it probably not the place to order a burger but this was the greases worst burger I have ever had. The edges were so crispy they cut my mouth. Sorry guys won't be back.
50 minutes after the server taking our orders and she never come back again until food come, wings is good but I’m done with this place for waiting not sure I’ll come back again.
Hostess was rude. Only got one menu for the table to share. Server seemed to be rushing us to decide on our order. The fries where cold. The teriyaki wings tasted like soy sauce. Waitress never brought drink refills and never informed that they would take care of our payment. When I went to the cash register at the front of the store the person was extremely rude and told me I had to wait for the server. The music they played was to loud and some of it sounded vulgar. This place was the worst dinning experience I have had in many years I will never return. This was my first visit have never been to a Buffalo wild wings was a very horrible first impression
Coming to BWW is a family favorite every time. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a good burger, and sometimes it's dry rub wings with hot sauce and ranch on the side. Either way, I'm never disappointed. I found the recent menu changes of the burgers a bit obnoxious because it would cost me more to get a normal cheeseburger with bacon than it would with one of their new combo burgers. Love the food and atmosphere here though. You know what you're getting every visit.
Food was pretty good. Service was average. There was not very many people there and the food took a long time, or longer than it should have. Probably why big red Keno does 10 times the business over there.
Placed an order, through the buffalo wild wings website, a few hours early for scheduled delivery at 7:30pm. At 7:45 I checked the delivery status to find that they'd farmed it out to doordash and not only had it not been picked up yet, it hadn't even been assigned to anyone. So I called the store to switch the order to pick up, which they said was fine. But when I got to the store they said the order had been picked up already and that they can't switch a delivery order to pick up. So they lied to me on the phone, and made me waste time and gas to get food that wasn't sent out for delivery until at least an hour after it had been made. If I could give them negative stars I would. Their wings are good (when you can get them even remotely fresh), but they aren't worth putting up with this. We'll be trying every other wing place in the city before we even consider ordering from them again.
