How in the world it took me until 2022 to experience Blue Sushi is beyond me, but I'll be back, and soon! Tried Blue this week with some family visiting from CA who wanted good sushi. Had heard good things, so gave it a shot. Ordered all sorts of different plates, cevichi, lots of sashimi, and a few appetizers. The restaurant was busy, but we still got outstanding service. Drinks were good too. We left full and happy. The atmosphere was great, so was the background music, and the food/service was tip top. Definitely give this place a try! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I tried the Hawaiian, Spider Maki and Cloud 9. Each roll were excellent bringing both a great combination of sweet and spicy. The Hisbiscus lemonade was refreshing.
Loved this place! The waiters were very kind and helpful and the food was amazing! The only down side was how long we waited for the food but they make everything fresh and are usually busy, but it's well worth the wait. We will definitely be visiting again!
Impressive vegan options!WhatAlmost everything! I got the charred edamame from checking in with yelp! I also got the vegan tuna tower, and 2 rolls (Cowgirl and Unami maki). Very impresses by the vegan options, all the stars for vegan options! The charred edamame was overly salted and i felt I was eating straight up salt after a bit, I love the charred to it, though it gave me the burnt fingers... The tower and the rolls were really good, my only complain is that the rice was not that great. I’ve only had good experiences here! The food is amazing. My favorite appetizers are the calamari and the crab rangoons both are a good choice and my favorite sushi roll is the Hawaiian roll with salmon and mango. The restaurant itself has a good vibe we like to sit in the lounge seating area its very comfortable and relaxing. Our out of town friends always want to go here first definitely recommend!
Food was great, waitress was great! However 10 in our group brought out 3 plates, over 8 min layer brought out 5 more, then finally 4 min after that brought final 2 plates. Really didn't seem that busy to coordinate getting everyone their food at the same time or at least closer together.
My partner and I love it here. We are in town for two days and ate here twice in one day!! The staff are always amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. The vegan sushi menu is incomparable. I don’t know if I have the words to describe it, but I’m going to try. It’s hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had vegan or otherwise. The vegan rolls are clearly cultivated with flavor and experience in mind. We always order more rolls then we intend, but finish all of it. They added several rolls after their veganuary specials and have VEGAN SPRIMP!!I placed an order online to pick-up for one of our orders and within minutes of placing the order a staff member called me to apologize for being out of tofu and made appropriate recommendations for a replacement. The atmosphere, food, and customer service are exceptional. I’m sure we will be back next time we are in Lincoln.

It's been a few years since the last time I was here, but this place has not lost its touch. The sushi is expertly prepared and some of the fare for those more inclined to cooked beef is good as well. Bring your wallet if you want to fill yourself, but you will enjoy the experience if you do. The roasted brussel sprouts are worth the trip alone.
