Loved the bagels and spreads for like 2 dollars and something cents. But drinks are expensive.
I really like coming here to get my coffee beans from Canyon Coffee Roasters, as well as a basic breakfast sandwich. It's great taste and great price. Sometimes it gets busy and I'll be waiting at the counter for a while before being asked if I need anything- other times I've had people approach the counter after me and get served before I did, so that's a bummer. Otherwise good.
I really love everything when you guys get it right. I get a glass full of syrup and milk without any espresso( which is supposed to have 3 shots), and 3 sandwich orders all wrong. Everytime I go there's at least one thing wrong, and maybe one thing amazing. This really needs worked on. I keep hoping everything will be amazing like it used to be.
Double check your order before you leave. We asked for dairy free on two of six items and they put dairy in them.I understand it was a long order and it was busy but at some point the order needs to be checked. We asked for dairy free and repeated it at least two times and the attendant also repeated the order. But it was still wrong ??♂️
Every time i have ordered in the drive thru they have made my order incorrect. I call and they don’t seem to care much. Poor customer service for sure!
Farris Engineering here in Lincoln has these every week. Outstanding Customer Service. You are greeted with a smile and a welcoming tone. Bagels are delicious especially the Cinnamon Raisin. I look forward to my weekly pickup. The app is user friendly. Highly Recommend 5?
Just plain good. The breakfast bagels are a good size but not overwhelming. The ingredients seem and taste fresh, especially the avocado. The coffee is strong but not bitter. Nice ambience with top 40 music playing and plenty of people enjoying their meals and chatting.
The breakfast sandwiches are tasty, but my favorite is the breakfast burritos! If you get the one with chorizo it comes with a delicious dip of some kind. So satisfying and unique!
Have ordered delivery three times in a row and have had my order messed up all three times…. Today I called to see if they could correct it for me they told me that they were unable to bring me my corrected order, as I did pay a delivery fee. spoke with the manager and he was just as helpful as the person that I originally spoke with. Customer service…. Obviously not a priority to them!!
There were four staff members waiting on the drive through while only one staff member waiting on the counter. Waited for service at LEAST 5 minutes all the while multiple cars were serviced through the drive through.
