Do Not order for delivery. We ordered for our office lunch today, and two of the orders came with wrong or missing items. I ordered the Duo, a half bagel cheddar swiss club, with tomato, lettuce, avocado, bacon, and Basil Aioli. I did not get the avocado or bacon (paid extra for those) and got onion. I'm allergic to raw onion. and as my second item I got the Blueberry WALNUT salad with the balsamic vinaigrette....it came with almonds, good thing I was allergic to those too! and did not include the vinaigrette, instead I got honey mustard....my coworker got the strawberry chicken salad, and was understanding about there being no chicken, however, she was missing her dressing. when we went to reorder the items that were missing or wrong. I called to make sure that the correct items were in the order. Again, received a Blueberry ALMOND salad, and house dressing, with no dressing for the strawberry chicken salad, and no balsamic vinaigrette. If you are going to offer delivery, please do better.
I have always enjoyed Bagels & Joe & would have rated them a 5. The last 3 times I have been in at 12-12:15 they have had very few bagels to chose from. As you don’t close until 2 I think you should be better stocked. While I waited 10 more people came in with very little choice.
Good bagel, decent coffee. Very popular place though. Must be doing something right. Very kind and good service!
Great Chai tea,great bagels and croissants..staff is friendly....music nights are wonderful and music bingo is fun. Come in and check it out. Wine and some beers.
Every time i have ordered in the drive thru they have made my order incorrect. I call and they don’t seem to care much. Poor customer service for sure!
Farris Engineering here in Lincoln has these every week. Outstanding Customer Service. You are greeted with a smile and a welcoming tone. Bagels are delicious especially the Cinnamon Raisin. I look forward to my weekly pickup. The app is user friendly. Highly Recommend 5?
I almost didn't stop here but am so glad I did. The turkey avocado deli was phenomenal and I loved the Portland fog. Worth the time for sure.
Very good coffee and pleasant counter service. Fairly crowded and a 10 minute line to order foods but go to the right side of the counter for faster service if all you want is a drink, coffee or smoothie. By the way... so I'm told, their smoothies are amazing. The "Eye Opener" is truly excellent; it's any one of 3 types of drip coffee (dark, medium, light roast), and I suggest you choose the medium or light roast since the lighter the roast the more caffeine it typically contains, mixed with a single shot of espresso....YUM !!It will definitely motivate you, if you're having a hard-to-get-moving type of morning. After you pick up your food/drink, you can choose to take it to-go or sit down at one of the many comfortable looking tables to casually enjoy your spoils. Have ordered delivery three times in a row and have had my order messed up all three times…. Today I called to see if they could correct it for me they told me that they were unable to bring me my corrected order, as I did pay a delivery fee. spoke with the manager and he was just as helpful as the person that I originally spoke with. Customer service…. Obviously not a priority to them!!
Love the freshness and quality they provide! The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond!The bagels are always fresh, nevsr stale. And the cream cheese flavors are unique and tastey!
