Joe the owner is good people and generous, great food and service, must try highly recommend. No waiting in line out in the cold just Call and Joe will bring your order out to your car.
Baba’s Food Truck has quickly become my mom and I’s favorite go-to meal! Portions are generous and at a fantastic price point. Our favorite is the chicken tawook, and it comes with sides, including hummus and other various tasty things. The gyro is also amazing, as is everything we have tried here. We have also ordered catering (pictured in the big tins) and it was a hit. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend! The owner is so kind and wonderful as well.
The food was outstanding. Possibly one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. The falafels, tacos and kabobs were excellent. My new favorite Lincoln eats hands down. And the owners were awesome people.

INCREDIBLE FOOD. INCREDIBLE SERVICE.Yaser KNOWS what he's doing, this is BY FAR my FAVORITE food truck and lunch stop in Lincoln. I literally will be back tomorrow, the Shish Tawook was mind blowing.
We had an amazing experience today. If you are looking for a place where you just get some good food, this is it. It has reasonable prices and it's the definition of local. The owner made us the food himself! Highly recommend, and the more people who share on socials the better for everyone.
