I got the cherry sunrise freeze ?

Super friendly staff

Can't keep/ pay employees to work so it's drive thru only. Food still was cold and order missing items .

Apparently only one person works here. Food was fresh but the drive thru took 20 minutes. This is mother fing Taco Bell... 20 minutes...

Classic taco bell. Great service, reasonable wait.

Please don't visit the north location, only use the south location. The north incorrectly overcharges, whether by lack of training, deliberate rudeness or higher taxes.$10.15 is too high for a #6 special.Never had trouble with staff or service at any other locations.

Always EXCELLENT service and food! :)

I attempted to place my order on the app 20 minutes before close but wasn't able to because it was so close to closing time. We got to the drive through at 8:45pm and sat in line for 10 minutes before we could get to the speaker. It took the girl at the speaker a while to enter my order. At 9:02, another woman came over the intercom and said they couldn't place my order because they were closed and they were out of beans and nacho cheese. The first girl had said they were out of beans and offered to do extra beef as a replacement. The second lady didn't even offer me an alternative to the nacho cheese. So basically I've sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for nothing. I won't be returning to this location.

What on earth is going on at this place, we drove by Thursday night around 7, no lights on in the lobby, sign wasn’t on, but cars in the drive thru. Then drive by again last night, same story, lobby just dark like it was closed. We weren’t even going there to eat, just driving by, I won’t eat anywhere until they get their lobby’s open, but this was the saddest sight for a fast food restaurant I had ever seen. Get. It. Together.

Tried to order in the drive thru this morning at 9:15, and a gal came on the microphone and said “We don’t open until 10 today. Sorry.” There were obviously enough employees there to run a drive thru, because I saw them through the window. You would sell more food if you were actually open when people want to eat. Figure it out.
