I have gone here twice this year. Used the self order screen an reviewed the order to be sure it was right. Both times waited over 15 minutes for my order with only 1customer inside besides me. My sandwiches were completely wrong an not what I even like. I get them on my drive home an live out of town so do not look til Iam home. Will never go here again an tell everyone not to go here. One star is to much

I write honest reviews. Most of the time it's to praise the locations with here and there improvements. Subway's getting worse every time. I did drive through I punched in my order on your lame little screen out there. I pull forward to the window I see two people back and forth past the window nobody opened the window to take my money. They clearly saw me sitting there. Finally when the sandwich was done I didn't even know if they're making it mind you. The girl finally takes my money. She then says to me I'll be right back with the rest. I guess the guy who was making my sandwich returns with my chips and drink. Nobody thanked me for my patience in fact they didn't even say much to me at all the girl who did take my card just put her hand out no greeting nothing.I don't want your coupons so don't offer. I want management to call a meeting and grind into their little pion brains what customer service means. I've worked at a subway. And I'll tell you right now it ain't worth no $15 an hour. I've also been in other employment where you did not conduct yourself in a certain manner you got what they called a article 15 and a reduction in pay grade. It'd be cool to see your management implement such a standard and recourse for failure to adopt. I'm taking my business to Quiznos.

I normally don’t post reviews even if Im unsatisfied but, terrible terrible service!!! Went thru drivethru got home to find out my order was completely wrong!!! Called they said come back they make it right, to get home again to find out it is completely wrong again!!!! Demanded a refund, was told they couldn’t reach management and was hung up on!!!??Unbelievable!
The sandwich artist make ordering a sandwich a fun experience. Everyone's is always so warm and welcoming.
We ordered 5 sandwiches and had to sit in the drive thru for almost half an hour. The chicken was cold and slimy. My sandwich was soggy and they forgot half the stuff on my sons sandwich. It was a terrible experience. Definitely not going back there. It was overall disgusting. The other sandwich was frozen with rock hard bread.
Never been to this Subway before and it was good. I didn't like the touch screen drive through because you had to manipulate it in several different ways to put your order in correctly and it messed up several times and I thought they were going to make my sandwich wrong but it was very good instead thankfully. They were out of some cookies but we didn't mind because my son loves all kinds of cookies. The cashier running the drive-thru was very nice patient and kind and offered a different cookie she apologized and said they were busy I told her I completely understand working in retail is not an easy job. I appreciate your good service hopefully next time the touch screen on the computer will be a little bit better.
It used to be at least a 4 but then they got rid of the subway club and spicy mustard. Yesterday I tried to order with my app and it said spicy italians were no longer available. I'm done with subway until they bring back my favorite subs, spicy mustard and fresh, not dried out bread.
SUCKS ALL THE WAY FROM FOOD TO SERVICE STEAK N CHEESE FOOT LONG HAD BAD ODOR NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN
