Far from impressed by this Starbucks I had just gotten off of driving 22 hours from Pennsylvania and I thought stopping at Starbucks to get my usual ( a very basic drink to order ). It had taken the girl at the register 10 minutes to put my drink into the computer a “Vt Pink Drink with less ice and extra Strawberries”. Then for her to hand off the drink to another girl that proceeded to put in normal amount of ice and wrong amounts of the drink. Instead of the drink being pink it was more white and had huge chunks of ice in it as I specifically asked for less ice. I would understand a little more if there had been a long line or if they had been busy but I was the only one ordering at the time and the girls were mostly standing around.
i have never seen such a slay of a coffee shop in my entire 50 years of living
This Starbucks is amazing! We stayed at the beautiful Crown Plaza hotel for a work conference and the next day stopped at Starbucks before check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Brady who went out of his way to chat with us and tell us some sights to see in Kearney. Will definitely be returning to this location again!
Always my go to for coffee when I’m in Kearney. I never have to wait when I order ahead. The baristas always do a great job, and the manager was helpful when I had an issue with my app.

Seems a little knew, and the staff got hit hard right when I got there. They remained calm even though they seemed knew, and our drinks were great. Perfect temp, taste, etc.
This was ridiculous they were our of alotvof stuff. Tge counter guys said something about a truck being delayed. They told me one drink would be good and it wasn't I hope they get it together. I was there early in the morning so it isn't as if they ran our of anything.
Very nice new shop in the Crown Royal Plaza Hotel!! Staff was very friendly, store was clean and drinks were fantastic!!!!
