A Nebraska fast food classic chain. Eat in service was prompt on a scorching hot Sunday mid afternoon, although one of the fries in our order of 3 meals was a "frings" but we were not charged the upcharge.
If you like ling dark hair in your food..Not impressed with food quality at all. Not what they advertise..... $9 meal was a waste of money.
Dang disappointed in Runza. Like the sandwiches. Especially love the twist cones, my favorite summer treat. However I will be looking for something else. Obviously prices have gone up due to increase in expenses. However raising the price and the size getting smaller isn't okay. The regular $1.60 cone is now the children Happy Meal size. ?
It's a weird ground beef and cheese on a hoagie bun but it works. It was delicious. ?. P.S. They also have good burgers. I stop at a Runza's everytime I'm in the Midwest.
Pretty good! It was my first visit to a Runza. I needed something fast on a road trip and the food was just right.
I wasn't sure what to expect. We ate here on my sister's recommendation. YUM! We ate different varieties of the Runza. We will be back again and again.
Gotta try a Runza! Lots of variety available in case the original beef/cabbage doesn't suit you. Makes a great hand+pie for the long drive across Nebraska.
Food was hot and fresh. Not their fault but I feel Runza has lost the quality of the original sandwich. No flavor. Hard to keep something so homemade into a fast food and keep its authentic recipe, but can be done.
I travel to Kearney once a year to visit my 4 Grand Kids.Runza is the only restaurant that I must eat at!The Runza Sandwich is just outstanding!If I had the money,I would build one in Norway michigan!
Our second visit to a Runza and it was as good as the first! Super friendly staff and so clean!! We tried the Swiss Mushroom Runza and it was tasty and hot and delicious!! This will be a sure stop every time I visit Nebraska!
