You just cannot go wrong with Perkins for Breakfast or their desserts. I got out of there before I bought 2 or more pies...at 9:00 am!
Jessica was our server and she was pleasant and professional. Our food was very tasty without any greasy taste to it as we've had in other restaurants recently visited. We had a bountiful amount of food , splitting a meal and we're leaving with smiles, ready for the next leg of our vacation trip. Thank you so much for a pleasant morning breakfast.
Took a road trip with a friend and stopped to get dinner last night and also have a pie since my mom recommend this place for the pies and she wasn’t lying. They had great pies and great food. Will come back to another location or the same one. Open one in Texas
I would have left this restaurant completely had it not been for my son who just wanted to eat.Your host Aiden sat us at a table, I asked that we get a booth as there were several open at the time at least 5 that I could see. He stated that it was your rule we had to sit where he sat us.I asked a server to change our seating and it was very easy.Now that we are in a booth the host decided to get drinks for the table that he sat after us and chose to completely ignore our needs.I spoke to our server Russell about the matter.The meal was average quality, first time at a Perkins and will never go to 1 again.Just not a fan, bad employees can really make a business go bad.There are too many delicious restaurants with great service right in the vicinity to have help that act petty with your guests.
Went in at 2:00pm Sunday. Waited 10 mins for a table and got menus and waited and waited. Server said a couple times I’ll be right with you.but proceeded to wait on others. My 1 1/2 year old grandson was getting crabby so I asked the server to wait on us. He took our drink order and said he’d be right back even when I said we were ready to order. Took him over 10 mins to get drinks. Brought wrong drinks but said he’d take our order. Never saw him again until he brought our food about half an hour later. Mashed potatoes were cold, asked for tarter sauce and correct drinks. Never came back. Another server walked by so I asked him for everything we were missing as not all food was with child’s plate. Our server came out with what I asked for, and said is that everything I already gave you the bill. Never saw him again. No drink refills. Left 2 hours after we sat down. Long time until we go back!
I'm on the road a lot and I was staying at the econo lodge. I did a call in order, they said it take 10 minutes, I was there in 15 waited for 40, food was cold. The staff both on the phone and in person seemed like it was a chore to be there. I think that a customer service class is needed. People kept coming in, they We're being seated. Orders We're being taken, I understand they were busy but come on over 40 minutesTo wait for food, if that's the service they're getting inside... I Doubt I Will going back.
I had the California avocado Benedict. The sauce was perfectly complimented by the bacon, avocado and I really enjoyed every bite of it!
This used to be a good place to stop at while traveling. The food quality and management have went down considerably in the last couple of years. The wait staff is nice but lack leadership/direction. I may go back, but not for a long time.
Terrace our server was very nice, friendly, prompt. One of the better servers I have had. The food was actually very good also. Thank you for one of my better experiences.
Went over the weekend as we were visiting from out of town and normally have good experiences from Perkins other states. My husband had eggs and my son had a pancake and broccoli. Both ended up throwing up and diarrhea for days following. My husband had 2 bites of egg and we told our waitress they were not done at all. So I imagine it came from that and the broccoli. The host was rude. Tried to sit 6 of us on a 4 top, when I asked about the 6 top he sighed and replied sure.
