This was such a wonderful experience! The staff was kind, courteous, and fun and the food was delicious!I also wanted to give credit to the gentleman who was running the cash register today. He was incredibly respectful and great at customer service, but what really stood out to me was when another customer came up while my husband and I were checking out.She asked for a lid and the gentleman politely informed her that they did not have a lid for that size cup, but that he could offer her a bigger cup. She made what I would consider a snarky remark about that not helping her and was looking around for validation for her statement. This gentleman didn't waver in his respect and with the utmost sincerity explained to her how putting the drink in the bigger cup that did have a lid would be beneficial to her. She looked embarrassed; kind of apologized without apologizing; and the cashier was still kind enough to not be patronizing, disrespectful, or fake in his sincerity and respect in the slightest when politely responding to her non-apology.In a day and age where everyone seems to feel entitled to treat people however they want to without repercussion, this was more than a breath of fresh air. This gave me renewed hope that truly decent, good people exist. Thank you for making my day (and my heart) much better, sir (and for the wonderful information on the steak for my husband; he is so excited)!P.S. As a teacher myself, I apologize on her behalf. I was embarrassed when I realized you were not being respected by a person from a profession that also experiences being belittled by the public when simply doing their very best. I'm glad she felt remorse, but she still owed you an actual apology. In the absence of one, please allow me the opportunity to give you what she didn't.
By far the worst sandwich I've had at any pepperjax. Literally falling apart and the bread usnt fully cut. Thanks guys

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered the shrimp nacho bowl and the shrimp was undercooked. I would have brought it back up but the chips were so greasy and stale, what's the point. It was not edible. The soda had no carbonation so I couldn't even wash the slop down. There was no soap or toilet paper in the ladies bathroom and they were cleaning the tables with a stinky old rag as if that'd get anything clean. Over all it was a terribly experience especially given we spent over $30 dollars on the meal. Never again...
While I like the food, and service here, the price of food has gone up apparently, because now a normal steak burrito with no cheese sauce costs $14 and change. It used to be $9.59 and tax if I'm not mistaken. Going to have to consider my options more from now on.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!While the food is good, the whole experience can be summed up as sub par. Not too bad but just enough to have a BUYERS BEWARE!!!!If you look at the menu thats posted on their wall, website, and even the paper handout menu you will not easily find that "cheese sauce" is extra. Nor did their staff in any way indicate that this was extra. I would call this deceptive business practice. To knowingly upcharge customers without proper terminology to let customers know that it's not included."What cheese sauce did you want on that? Pepperjack, cheddar, or both?"Doesn't indicate that it's extra at all. So BUYERS BEWARE that your $9.59 sandwiche can easily become a $13.59 sandwich without you realizing.
The cook is wasteful of food as he doesn’t use all the meat and veggies on the sandwich he throws some of it away. Most of the tables were dirty. Drink area was messy/dirty. Floor needed swept. Staff no where to be seen and I’m the only one in the place they have plenty if time to clean up. Could be a good place to eat but the price isn’t worth the laziness of the staff.
The nachos I ordered were terrible. Chips in a bag instead of under the ingredients, and the ingredients, especially the salsa, had so much liquid that the meal was rendered inedible. Servers behind the counter were unfriendly, and prices were excessive for what you receive. Not much to recommend the place at all.
1st time trying them, will return and eat there again. Real friendly people working there, real real quick and real delicious. Very Good.
Friendly staff, food was delicious as usual, inside was clean per usual
