The food is very good Chinese inspired.The inside service is very good.The drive through is horrible. They almost always need my order up. Simple orders.I was asked to wait in the parking lot for a few minutes because they were out of something but would have it or to me in a few minutes. It took over an hour and a half. I went in after 20 minutes and they said they would bring it right out. I called after another 20 minutes, they said skeins was bringing it out. Just pathetic. The inside is 5 stars. Drive through is a 1 because there is nothing lower. Giving 4 stars because I really like Panda, but I wish the drive-through was an option.
Long line and lmited options. Broccoli beef had 2 pieces of beef. Orange chicken had multiple pieces that were just breading. They actually had several servers working but only 1 cook. Overall disappointing.
They are known for being out of everything which is fine but I would assume if I order something for pick up and they give me a time to pick it up I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins for my food.
Didn’t have the food I wanted and it wasn’t even rush hour. Tanner needs to learn customer skills, he sucks. Chow mein is made up of 3 noodles and a whole cabbage. Food didn’t even taste good won’t be coming back.
Rice was dry and crunchy. Lo mein was dry beyond recognition. I can't understand why the line is so long when your quality is so poor.
This chain really struggles to anticipate the needs of their customers. They are often painfully slow, out of many ingredients (which due to supply chain issues may not entirely be their fault), and they consistently fail to properly cook their rice. I’m sorry, but rice is supposed to be one of your main things, and 8/10 times when I go it is crunchy and way undercooked. Crunchy!!! This could be a pretty good little franchise if they would put just a little more love and effort into the food. It’s really disappointing that you’re paying the amount you are for the quality you are receiving. Bummer.

One star is too much... This was the WORST food I have ever eaten in my life! Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get Orange Chicken, should be a sweet dish, that was to spicy to eat and rice so hard and dry I nearly choked on it! I threw the food away after 2 bites, they should have thrown it out before serving it! Folks, save your money, this place sucks!
Out of steamed rice. Orange chicken was too spicy for my daughter. Nice servers. Just busy day and missed the mark because of it.
Good food if you don't mind waiting a long while. Also why are the doors locked? What's the point in being able to order on line but still have to wait for the 5 cars in front of you?Edit: 20 minutes later...and missing part of my order.
