This is the McDonald’s closest to where I live and I refuse to go there anymore. They screw up my order every time. How do you mess up an iced tea??? Most times that I have been inside the building a supervisor is yelling at staff in front of customers, very unprofessional. My son used to work there and multiple employees told me the manager told my some a disabled kid could work faster, when I asked him he denied it and refuses to give me the contact info for his boss.
I pulled up ready to give my order and there was no response for ten minutes and only the other drive thru lane was getting there order taken. I kept saying hello and just watched as a bunch of cars went in front of me. My boyfriend had to be at work soon. We pulled up to the window and my boyfriend said we waited there for ten minutes and you guys didn't respond and I gotta be at work. The guy didn't even say sorry about that can I take the order right here he was just rude so we said can I speak to your manager and she comes and is rude to doesn't even say sorry. We didn't get anything and she said to leave.
2am- the old crabby woman at the window gave us the worst service we have ever experienced. Did not say a word to us when we gave her our card or when she gave us our food. My boyfriend asked for 3 honey mustards (which has never been an issue) and she only gave us one, which was not a problem. He then just nicely asked for another and she began to scream at him through the window saying no. I knew McDonalds was low, but I didn’t know it was this low.
Asked for larges and gave us mediums. Wasn't particularly friendly. Otherwise our order was correct.
I got my food fairly fast but of course I didn't order much and they were patient with me. I could hear them well in the drive thru so that is a plus to me has I have a loud truck.
It was good. The lady who took our order got the order wrong but we just ate the food and said thank you, food was good. Service was fast and friendly.
Why can't I ever get regular iced tea. Always seem to be given sweet tea which I can't have. You guys could seriously hurt someone who is diabetic.
Unbelievably bad service shorted me a quarter pounder and messed up some other guy order while I was there. On the highway and too late to turn back
tried to place an order at 10:45pm and they told me they were closed. they close at 11. lost my business permanently
No dining in, drive through only and they can't get that right. Why is it that McDonalds feels that ketchup has to be the primary condiment and served like a tomato soup sandwich is beyond me!
