We sat in the drive through here tonite for 10 min then went around the building to go inside and 3 employees outside. I asked if they are open and they said yes so went inside and never was noticed by the clerk. The employees outside had moved this car to block the drive through. Who is supervising this business?
I waited in the drive through line and it took at least 10 minutes to get our food and they got our order wrong I ordered two hot n spicy no lettuce and they gave me a hot n spicy with no mayonnaise and for the other hot n spicy they gave us a cheese burger our fries were half way filled as well
Very slow. 7 vehicles in line at drive thru. Went inside and very slow there. Been in this McDonald's several times over the years but this time was not a good experience.
Slow ...incompetent ... and mess up orders then want to get offended when it's pointed out. Manager needs to be canned and actual trained staff need to be hired.
Of all local fast food restaurants, I appreciate the fit-and-finish of the McDonald's app. Easy to redeem offers, coupons, and order food in advance. The food on the other hand really needs an upgrade. I suppose takeout from any restaurant has muted the business case for a "premium" menu, but I would happily pay $7 for Big Mac that didn't taste so artificial. I want REAL food, ideally fresh, and hopefully healthier than the norm. 3/5UPDATE: Service speed at the drive thru keeps getting slower and slower. Took 15 minutes just to get a single McChicken sandwich tonight.
Friendly as usual. I find myself going to more Macdonalds as of late because unlike other drive throughs they have also opened their dinning rooms.
This morning my dad ordered a sausage egg micmuffan and got a egg micmuffan went back in and had it fixed checked it and it was again a egg micmuffan
Completely gross and incompetent. I ordered a couple double qtr pounded with cheese ketchup and pickle only. Not only did we wait forever in drive through but also they gave me RAW burgers with mustard and onion. Got ousted from $12 and got to go hungry. Buyer beware.
I waited in the drive through for 20 min. They told me pull over and wait for my food. I went inside after another 20 minutes just to realize that they forgot my order. Waited 10 more minutes and never got my food.
All I can say is....just do the job you are getting paid to do. It really doesnt take much. The customers pay for a service, and right now there isn't a single Mcdonalds in Kearney that I would even recommend.
