The place was packed and had quick service, good food. This place needs a deep clean though. The floors, doors, windows and booths are disgusting. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. Dust and grease. Made me a little grossed out wondering how clean the kitchen is if the dining area hasn’t been cleaned. we won’t be back.
So disappointed in the lack of customer service. I was buying for a group and asked for an itemized receipt. Turns out their printer wasn't working and wouldn't print the half of the receipt with the prices.I told the second person that came to "help" that I need them to print me an itemized receipt. He starts READING the prices to me. I said again that I needed a PRINTED receipt. In a huff, he told me that we'd have to pay for our order again in order for him to print the receipt again. I respond "You want us to pay again?" He saids, with all the smug-ness possible, "That's the best I can do."I was so done I didn't even deal with the fact that they missed part of my order. Next time I want frozen custard, I'm going to Culver's.
Had the A-1 burger. Won't order that sauce again. But the burgers themselves were great, onion rings and french fries too.
Food is good but greasy, need more napkins given during drive though. Place seems kind of dirty like thinks swept up.
Freddy's is always great when I eat there. Their burgers are different than every other burger place and unique and delicious, I also love their thin cut fries, they're more crispy which is up my alley and not mushy in the middle like thicker cut fries. I would give it 5 stars but nothing is perfect, it's NOT due to the quality of the food or customer service because both were great!
Forgot 2/3 of my order and also took way to long to get it out, Complete L of a store. Tried to hand us the wrong order and then almost forgot a shake (still forgot my order). I suggest new management the lady had a jacket on covered in crumbs and stains.
I just left and our order Sitting on the counter couple minutes when they called our number the sundae it’s already melt. I am so upset.
The double patty melts that we ordered came as singles and otherwise weren't very good. Another sandwich had about enough sauce for 1 chicken nugget
Always a great place to stop for some lunch. Can't go wrong with a cheeseburger, ice tea and a small chocolate shake!
Went thru drive thru for supper. Grandson had a burger with chili cheese fries. His was good. I ordered a plain hotdog with chili cheese fries. Chili cheese fries were good, however, the hotdog was just plain nasty. You could tell it had been sitting around awhile and a person can get a fatter hotdog from the grocery store
