Drive through is always busy and very slow. Service is often rude... they talk loudly about customers and hating their jobs a lot and it shows. Mobile ordering is great for drinks so you can customize but most of the time half of the food is not available and then you have to substitute with cheaper items or "bother" the workers to get refunded.
I order on the app.They closed at 3pm.Now I'm out money.I called nothing, knock on the door.Super upset.Please get ahold of me.
The coffee is good, but I think some of their employees need to check their attitudes. All of our interactions with the employees were very negative. But, like I said, the coffee tastes good.
Its a couple times a week treat...love their stuffed croissants!!!
Ordered one new omelette bacon bagels. And one sourdough bacon egg sandwich. Received two of The bagel bites and had to remind them of sandwich! Which I got charged for two of! Did not have filled donut holes. 9:00 in the morning!

Love my Dunkin'I pretty much stick to things you can order off the menu without a bunch of customization. I usually get my order placed in the app so everything is ready by the time I get to the window. The crew here always seems to do a great job at getting the order ready quick and correct.
Countertop was dirty with frosting and sprinkles. But donuts were amazing!
If you are in a rush I would go somewhere else. They maybe need to close the store after 9 am and just do drive through the rest since its very busy all day.
Ordered online and made the mistake of using the drive thu. It was a crazy long line that didn't move fast at all. They are short staffed but I just wish my food wasn't cold cause I waited so long to get it.
