They used to be good but not any more. Service and organization are lacking. Too bad.
Walked away from us mid-order at the counter. Extremely disrespectful and rude.
Help was not good. They were busy, but not overly busy. Few people dining in and a steady drive through. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 small blizzards(carry out). Only person with any drive was the lady doing the drive through.
Even when very busy, customer service is still always patient & friendly even if running behind! Plus remember they have very high peak times & definitely times you can tell especially on nice days ever one thinks let's go too DQ! So even if your order takes longer be patient with staff the food/ice cream always with the wait!
Bought Cheeseburger and Strawberry milkshake. Always good no matter what unit.
This place has such good food. I love the chicken strip basket. I'd also like to say Jaci Langer the GM has done so well with managing this place. She is always very kind and also she puts customers and her employees first. ❤️
Went through drive-thru got 2 burgers and a sundae with only 2 cars in front of me went to window got sundae and asked to wait in wait parking spot while waiting fewer cars than number of workers went thru drive-thru my sundae melted I went into have it remade they remade it I stood in their waiting for other food I could tell it in their eyes they were wondering why I was standing in their so I told them I would just wait for my other food and was asked what food it took more than 30mins to get 3 items when they had more workers than customers over my wait terrible when you have to remind a fast food place that you ordered food
