I can tolerate the slow service because they were busy but I am mortified with the staff behavior! Multiple teenagers working, half just standing around n there, disregarding what the shift leader was asking them to do and making fun of her. When my order wasn't right, the lady at the counter tried to argue with me and then she got into a fight with the other girl at the counter about the order. Most unbelievable thing.....the two girls bagging the food were eating French fries and cheese curds out of the containers before putting them.in peoples bags. I will never go back!!
Had to get a refund after hearing 4 different customers say they had been waiting over 30 minutes to get their food. Only 3 workers preparing the food and 6 workers upfront standing around. The team leader didn't know how to refund our money back to our card and had to give us cash back. Very disappointed as we love Culver's food and they continued to take orders without warning about the wait.
For a Sunday at 145pm it is super packed. The menu is surprisingly quite large with a great variety. They also have a large selection of dessert items as well.
I was there over a very busy Saturday lunch time. The entire staff stepped up and did an amazing job taking care of everyone. Outstanding service!!
Ordered a 3 piece fish meal, got a 2 piece, and they had to study my receipt to see what I ordered
Ordered fish sandwich cause of the picture on the screen. Not even close...it was just one small piece of fish between 2 buns.
Yummy food, this place is great because they have roast beef and pork dinners here as well as the custard. So good!!!
This drive thru is a family favorite, they are fast,clean and the service is great. We have never had a problem with wrong orders or with the quality of food. Culver in Karney is our #1 drive thru choice.
Forget something in your order every time. Nothing worse than over paying for a bunch of cold food and then driving home and realizing they forgot your 7.50$ cheese curds. Twice in the last two time I have been there. I'm done with them.
Got frozen custard to go. They made our shakes, then set them on the counter and visited with other staff for a while before bringing them to us.
