Slow af for delivery and pick up orders
Food is good, but they need to give you better portion sizes. The Chipotles in bigger cities seem to do a better job at serving sizes. Way better than Qdoba.
I've went two times and I'm never going to this location again first the wait was terrible and two employees cut in line. Second ordered online wasn't ready to pick up at pick up station on time got home my food was ice cold pathetic do better.
I found clumps of hair in my food and my bowl was served cold
Bowl was cold to the touch and the $2.50 guacamole had a giant avocado peel in it. Was given a refund, but still very displeased. I understand this is a new restaurant in town, but please make sure you are doing quality checks on your food before you send it out. Food was good otherwise. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
Not really sure what all the hype is about. This is just a more expensive version of Pepperjax, or Qdoba. The food itself is pretty good. The portions seem to vary from customer, to customer. The person behind me ordered the same burrito as me, but received a much larger helping of meat than I did. Overall, with this being my first Chipotle experience, I was underwhelmed.
It’s great place to get some great burritos or bowls. Yes prices are a bit higher. A lot of good stuff is here you really have to come and try it. But This chipotle is not like the ones in Denver sadly. Grand opening and the food seemed dry and old, something is off. I go to Denver a lot so I know what it is suppose to taste like. The steak was not juicy the corn was dry, and they really limit your portions which is annoying even when you ask for extra it seems they are rationing. Overall this restaurant in my opinion needs to copy the Denver locations.Update: I have gone one week later and I must say they have really improved, team has a willingness to learn and are listening! Keep it up! Food flavor is so much better, portions are great, if you want more ask, they will get it for you. All the types of protein are really good and seasoned very well. So props to the cooks who cooked on Friday!!! Not gonna lie I’m impressed from how much they have improved. This is my opinion as a chipotle fanatic, my 1st review was honest and this one is as well. I will be updating this from time to time but yes please come and enjoy! Staff is super friendly nice and please be patient they are learning! Ask and you shall receive!
Went to Chipotle a day before the grand opening by accident. It was the friends and family day so I thought it was open already with all the people inside.The manager was so kind. He introduced himself and welcomed me in anyways, he even gave me my meal for free. It was the first time I've ever eaten at a Chipotle and it was a great experience.I will be eating there often
Amazing. Everything is incredible fresh and flavorful. Our service was quick and accurate. Chipotle just knocks it out of the park. Kearney - Please don’t sleep on Chipotle. We need to preserve this gift we have been given.
Very little meat in the burritos and overloaded with rice and beans! I guess if you like a rice and bean burrito it is ok. For the price I expected a little more meat.
