Stopped in the restaurant to have lunch today. Was seated and waited approx 15 minutes and watch at least 3 other couples be seated after us get waited on and receive drinks after they took orders. Asked for the manager and she had very little to say so we departed the restaurant. We usually dine there at least twice a week and will not use the facility again
Normally things are fine... tonight was not fine. Order thru app, get there a few min before estimated time and food was ready. Awesome.... yea no. Wings were ice cold. Not just a little cool... cold.Called up and they were quick to fix it.
Food was fresh, tasted great, service was wonderful and friendly. Waited a little long on a drink refill check once, but nothing big and if I have to nit pick to find something wrong then it's great!
Our waiter Brenden was awesome!! He did a great job. The food was also amazing!! But there was a kid there that was helping deliver food. He had long, uncept bangs. He kept brushing his hair back, even when he was carrying a tray of food. It was gross. We never did see a manager. We were there 02/26/22and checked out at 2:09. He either needs to wear a hat, pin it back or cut it. Thank you.
My family and myself had an excellent time and the food was really good. Great atmosphere and any game you want to see is on a t.v. somewhere since there are so many.
This is probably the only positive experiences I have had at bdubs. Previous ones I never even got waited on! I was in and out in 30 mins! Great experience!!!
Not going back for a bit. The waitress got our drinks promptly and took our order. We never saw her again. Someone else brought our food out and dropped it off. We never got drink refills. Our order was incorrect but nobody stopped by to ask.. The wings were cold. I have been there around 7 times the past 2 months and the service was ok to great. But, last night was back to the previous horrible service. I live really close to BWW. I would love to eat there a lot but the service was horrible until recently. The past two months it had improved greatly. But, there is no excuse for the service last night. With the pay by text I did not even see the waitress to receive the bill.
Great food and the service was awesome. The bartender was friendly and on top of it all. Great job.
There were four of us that went. The other 3 got their food pretty quickly. I didn't get mine for like another 30 minutes after the other 3 got theirs. When I did get my food it was made wrong. I told the waitress to take it back and take it off our bill. For 4 of us it was really pricey. We would have been better off going somewhere else. The waitress was ok. Will most likely not go back.
I dont like to be rude BUT I’m always a person to give second chances and I’ve been here many times and always have been disappointed today was the last straw for me ? first it took a good 15 mins to get our drinks and another 30 min or more to get our food then when our wings came out my cousin got boneless wings and we found a hair so they offered to get us “fresh “ ones but all they did was take off that wing and pour extra sauce on it because they got that back to her like two minutes later ? and my traditional had no sauce so i asked for extra and i ordered celery and carrots i didn’t get them and my cousin ordered tots and when she asked he said they’re almost done and she never received them????let me remind you it was NOT busy. i mean i thought at LEAST out of generosity they would discount my cousins meal but nope. Strawberry lemonade was good though ?
