Great menu choices and nice people. Charlie took excellent care of us! I enjoyed the salmon and my wife enjoyed her pasta and chicken! Thank you!
Thought I might try Applebee’s again. Nope. They weren’t busy, yet the service was slow and I got that feeling the waiter was annoyed. I ordered the chicken and shrimp, chicken was cooked till it was dry. It would have been great if I ordered chicken jerky. The shrimp was good though.
Even though there were only three people sitting at tables we had to wait 30 minutes for a table despite being told we would need to wait 15 minutes. From the time we ordered our food it was still 45 more minutes before we got all of our food.
My friend and I stopped in after work to eat our server was Brittney she was very nice and took very good care of us, enjoyed the food and the service !
Tammy is 100% wrong. I was there to witness the whole situation. There was no table available for 5 people, so a group of 4 was able to be sat before them because they could fit there and the group of five could not. She has no evidence to support her outlandish claims. He was only doing his job as he is supposed to do. The wait times is no fault on his own as he’s only doing as he’s told. This is not only wrong, but straight out harassment and I for one will not stand for it. Employees being verbally harassed is only going to lead to more people quitting which will lead to even longer wait times. These people are human beings with their own lives outside of work, and they need to be treated as such. No one would want this harsh scrutiny on there own family. We need to be better more understanding, and realize our words and actions leave a permanent impact on those we scrutinize.
The restaurant is almost empty and we are waiting 30-35 minutes for table because the staff says there are not enough Service
Business meeting, wide variety of menu choices, staff was friendly and attentive even though the place was busy
The food was pretty good and our first waitress was handling being short-staffed very well, the guy that came in to take her place was a giant jackass. Maybe he had a bad morning before he got to work not sure.
I first want to say we won't be back to Applebee's. We got there at 5:30 pm on January 7th 2022 and was told 25 to 30 minute wait which was fine. People started coming in waiting for a table figured we would have our table around 6pm we didn't people who got there before us got tables and we were still waiting for our table. 6:30pm comes around and I go up to one of the servers and said we've been here an hour and still haven't been seated all she could say was oh are you serious... my husband then saw the hostess delete his name off the thing.. I have nothing nice to say about him he was very rude. Salad tasted weird and my husband chicken was burnt and my classic chicken Alfredo wasn't the best my chicken was also burnt and my broccoli wasn't cooked all the way. Would give this restaurant a zero star. The least they could do was give us a discount for waiting for over an hour to be seated our something.
45min. Wait to be seated 20min until food came.Our prime rib sandwiches seemed to be just roast beef tuff. This is a visit here to see if its improved sense our last to times . It hasn't!!!
