Great place I love the free freezies we get their. McDonald's chicken nuggets are better

Was a good meal after we waited 25 minutes

Went through the drive-thru at 2:30 in the afternoon and only had 2 cars ahead of me. From the time I ordered until I received my order it took a total of 32 minutes! Seriously?

Very bad service when I got my order it was wrong. The kids they have working here need to learn they are in public yelling and cussing in the back. The entire building could hear them. The manager on duty seams to think their behavior is ok. Would not recommend coming to this location.

They were short-staffed and work through to Giant orders while trying to take care of walk-ins they did a great job. I wish people would go back to work

Kid at the window was acting like he wanted to fight other employees, pushing them and getting in their faces all while cursing while they were trying to hand me my food. Burger came with two bottom buns and fries were stale and clearly had been sitting in the pan for 15+ minutes. Definitely won't be back mainly because of the way the staff conducts themselves. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Asked for a cheddar bacon chicken got a Dave's classic double. When I tried to get that fixed. They went bad telling me that's what I ordered.smh I think I know what I asked for. It turned out to be eat it or lose $12 so... But definitely won't be going back

Show up for Frosties wait in line (2 cars ahead of me) wait 10 minutes. Pull up to order and get told no frosties. Extremely slow service the guy was Extremely rude. No wonder I haven't been back for several months to this location.

They RUDE AND GOT MY ORDER WRONG 2X AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER.

Listen, I worked fast food for 7 years, manager for 5 of those. I am usually a very underdstanding customer. But my local Wendy’s has a terrible policy when it comes to mobile orders. If it hasn’t fully processed on their end, they won’t give out the food. As in, I can show them my order, show them it says “paid”, even show them my receipt, and they will refuse to give me the order. I waited 25 minutes today in the drive-thru for a mobile order. I was the only car. I had the receipt. I couldn’t cancel because in my app, the order was processed. I was talked to and treated like I was trying to cheat them. I just wanted the food I had proof I had paid for. This is at least the 3rd time I had this experience at the State St Wendy’s in Grand Island, NE.
