Service was extremely well today. Both the spicy chicken and ries were very fresh ?
Absolutely love this Wendy's, wonderful staff, wonderful customer service. Usually very quick, pretty busy during the weekend and you cant beat square burgers, fries and frosties ?
Horrible, burnt sausage, nasty white sauce on it , cold gross potatoe things.. yuck never eating there again..
who ever heard of a fast food place being out of fries??? and the chili for the taco salads my companion and I got was not made correctly and so bland we threw away most of the salads. taco salads are my go to meal at Wendy's so I know what to expect
This was probably the least clean Wendy's I have ever been to. I don't eat at fast food much but this experience has pushed me to avoid it more.
There was 1 car ahead of me and I waited 13 minutes for my order. My food was cold when I got it! This was at 8pm on a Saturday night. I would hate to go when the place was busy!!!
I've ordered spicy nuggets 3 times this week not once were they hot or crispy as advertised fries were hot but not cooked through each time and the Jr burger I got was cold and doused in ketchup like it had a bath disgusting only good things were frosty and the Fuze lemon tea plus the food had a nasty hand sanitizer smell to it. I think Webb road needs to come teach this location how to work
We simply asked for a cup of water and James (the store manager) kicked us out of the drive thru telling us that we were cussing at them, we never once cussed at them
Not impressed with the location on Locust. The hamburger patty on my sandwich wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese, barley any Bourbon sauce or fried onions on my sandwich. The drive through employees personality wasnt any warmer than my sandwich. Skip this location unless your desperate.
