Found a maggot in our rice, told the lady working and said it was disgusting and unacceptable. She just said “oh okay” took the plate and walked off…
We had a large party here- they gave us a table and asked what we wanted to drink, we asked for refills and they were so rude! In fact two of the ladies slammed the cups down. They were treating people awful. We watched three different groups of people leave and tell them how rude they were within a hours time we were there. We asked them to clear plates and they rolled their eyes at us. The food was okay- they even charged us wrong and were so mad when we ASKED about it. We actually ended up paying more then what we should have because she refused to change it and ignored us -but we definitely will not be going back because they were so rude. I would NOT recommend this place.
Terrible experience here. Found a large solid black hair baked into the Crab Rangoon. I have bright blond hair so it obviously wasn’t mine. Besides that it was baked into the wanton of the Rangoon. I let them know and they wouldn’t give me any kind of a discount let alone even an apology. Seriously. Not once did they apologize for it. Food was mediocre too. I would recommend buffet house over these guys any day.
Good food but rude staff. Faces are irritated instead of smiling and welcoming the customers I don't understand why they are like that. We were inside the bathroom and the staff knocked on us by bangging a hand on the door. An old lady next to us needed to use the bathroom too and the staff who was cleaning there just yelled and said ,no it's closed! So rude, not accommodating. They are so disrespectful. They can be nicer, really.?
The staff are rude. They are not very accommodating. They are always mad. Regardless of the volume of people, they should be nice.
Husband and I travel all over the US and we stopped by for a quick eat and go. The white rice smells, rice has been sitting there for a while or more like several days old. I eat rice everyday and I know what bad rice is. The foods are very salty especially the steamed fish. Limited variety of dishes. Services is next to none. Price is high for the quality of food served. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Food was good. Service not so much. We looked up their and hours and prices online and the prices were off. Showed the person upfront when we paid. She didn't even really seem to care. Not sure we'll go back. A simple apology would of sufficed but nope, nothing.
Only leaving one star cause I can’t do less than that. (Terrible service, over priced, terrible food) Over cooked chicken one in two pieces is edible. Cheese sticks were practically chilling on ice. Hard as a rock and solid in the center. Rice was super under cooked. Service was terrible only time the waitress came by was to leave our bill on the table while we were at the food bar. Never will I return nor would I recommend anyone go to eat her even if it was free.
My first choice in Asian buffet when I visit Grand Island. The staff is friendly, prices are affordable, and I have never had a bad experience. The food choices are not as numerous as some of the larger Asian buffets I have visited, but their food is good, and they offer different selections from anywhere else I have been, along with some favorites offered at other Asian buffets.
The buffet rocks! Definitely recommend trying this place. Food was good. Great place to take a family to sit down and enjoy a variety of food. Table service was great and refilled drinks fast.
