Food was decent. Highlight was my amazing server. I watched this girl, being short staffed, bust her butt to take care of everything, and she did it with a smile and a real air of perfessionalism. Extremely cute to boot. So if you don't go for the food, go for amazing service from the cutest blue haired lady you will ever see!

Hands down the BEST burger I have eaten since leaving the West Coast! It’s not your run of the mill burger, better than all fast food burgers and the it was truly a grilled burger with the juicy burger cooked to perfection without losing the smell and flavoring of a grill! The side of Sweet Tots was a huge surprise. If you haven’t had sweet potato fries or tots this is an extra special treat. I kept saying to myself between bits, “OMG this is so good.” Seriously. If you are TIRED of dining in the fast food lane and want a step well above the average this is something I highly, highly recommend. The restaurant and staff are top notch and the service was exceptional fast and I will go back. You will NOT leave hungry without your taste buds doing the “happy dance.”

Went last Friday early evening, around 5:30. Was given a list of everything they were out of. Which was a lot. Had to order a steak which wasn't good and got the salad bar that was empty. Potato tasted like it was weeks old and constantly reheated. Not to mention the food was cold. The server was the only thing that was a positive. She certainly tried. Watched a table of 3 come in after us and they ended up walking out and going to Texas TBone. The manager really didn't care. Won't be back.

Elizabeth was an amazing waitress! Food was great, good atmosphere!

Food was really good and service was great.Didn't like getting surprised by the bill. The cider menu listed price is $5.50 a pint (16oz), the same cider brought in a 22oz glass charged at $15.00. Note to self, Buy 3 pints for the price of 1-22oz mug.

My wife and I used to really enjoy this place. It continues to get worse and worse every time back. I’ve never experienced such pitiful service. When my wife complained about waiting for a drink for 30 minutes the waitress snapped back at her with “well we are short staffed” I would understand that if she was actually trying. She had 5 tables to wait on and she spent most of the time no where to be found or standing around. Never refilled waters and plates stayed on the table until we left.we will not be back

I usually give everyone a benefit of the doubt but after waiting long to have had 2 full plates at the salad bar my food finally came with major disappointment my hamburger tasted like charcoal and resembled a marshmallow that had set on a fire completely ingulfed in flames, there was little moisture and after waiting that long it was definite, i was just another number my business did not matter to them, maybe i should have said i was a food critic so i could have gotten the 5 star treatment. Not to mention i was almost sitting on the guys lap next to me we were herded like cattle.

Was definitely not impressed. Service was slow, food was lukewarm, food portions were not consistent all around (we ordered two of the same dishes.) All in all, would not recommend this place.

Total F for satisfaction...Very..very dissappointed..New year's eve was a let down..First they had the name wrong, then we had a hard time getting waited on, but it turns out that our waiter did us a favor. The meal was cold. We had the Prime Rib buffet..That was $94.00 for 2. The brussel sprouts were bitter..the carrots were tasteless and the rice was burnt. We decided that since the food was bad..we were not going to pay an additional $80.00 for a show.Tommy Gunns..at this rate you most likely will not be open another year..This why businesses fail..

The food wasn't that great for the price we paid and the service was mediocre at best. The young gentleman was kind and really tried his best to make sure we were doing ok. Thank you to that gentleman.
