i had the Mac and cheese burger with onion rings and ranch. Best burger in my opinion that you can get on the road. definitely a must stop at place for me and the husband!

Stopped here on the way home from vacation. Friendly waiters and the decor kept us entertained. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the food was a little slow to get to us. The food tasted great though! Kids got kids meals and we got the fried shrimp and phillysteak with seasonal veggies and they were delicious! I'd stop again for sure.

Always a must when I come to Grand Island, tonight we had some burgers and they filled us up and even got some leftovers, took a desert home as well and the server was the best and wrote down the instructions on the box. Server was always checking in on us and food came out quick. I will never get tired of coming here and always looking at the decorations, always something new and cooler to see and of course, had to show my out-of-state boyfriend this place, he said he's never seen anything like this before!

Tout est bon

Want to eat under a 1930 Model A on a lift!? Thunder Road is an ideal restaurant for a car enthusiast with a variety of mostly racing memorabilia attached to every wall. Our servers worked well as a team, took our order promptly, served drinks from a full bar, and a full menu of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas. Busy for a Sunday afternoon and we can see why. Recommend visiting for at least a drink and a look around as you cross Nebraska!

Lots to look at, and the only non-fast food stop along the highway. Quick, attentive, friendly service, but most of the food is frozen or pre-packaged.

Stopped on the road to Reno and had a big hunger for a cheese steak. We saw this place along the highway and gave it a try. Thank god they had a cheese steak in the menu and it tasted good. This place looked like a good fun place to meet friends. They had games and a bar and lots of good food. They were out of the fried pickles so if anyone stopping here can order them and tell me how they are. I would recommend stopping by if your in the area.

Ordered online. Prices on menu were higher at checkout and did not get French Fries with order. Food was great and would have received 5 stars had the above issues not occurred.
