Even though we had to wait quite awhile for our drinks, the gal at the window would not let me add on an order for an egg bite. Liz was extremely rude. What happened to the cheerful Starbucks employees?

Was good, this Starbucks has always been good in my experience.

I went today to Starbucks and for the third time I have to explain to staff that when I want to reload on my phone card for Starbucks they want to charge the price for items and plus what I want to reload. No I always have to explain and explain over again not to get charged double the amount since it has happened two times. So my point is some staff get upset just because I told her not to get upset for that since I always do it that way (I was calm by the way). That’s why I give it a three star other than that ITS GOOD.

RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER!I went to get a lunch coffee today. They got me the wrong size so I let them know, the cashier stated it was the correct size and yanked the drink out of my hand to correct it. When she came back she basically threw the drink to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she replied "no you cant speak to a manger" and closed the drive thru window on me as I was still talking. I called and they continued to refuse to let me speak to a manger.

Good coffee today but not so sure if tomorrow will be as good its been hit and miss but thats probably given in this time we are in

Newly renovated and not stocked. How do you run out of Mocha? Phone number is always BUSY??? Hastings store answered their phone BTW. Regional manager must be unaware how poorly the service is at this store.

Went in around 7:30 pm. Workers were really great and helpful! They made it a very good experience. Will continue to come to this location.

Went inside to order, and every person that ordered after us got their order before we got our drinks. When asking the lady up front if they had our drinks coming up (just to check if the order was lost or something), got snapped at and told that mobile orders that get placed before our goes first, then they get to ours. So no, won't be returning.

Ordered vanilla bean with raspberry and got vanilla bean with peppermint went in to try and get it fixed and the lobby is closed no one would answer the phones so had to wait in line a pretty long line again to get it fixed disappointed to say the least

One of the worst starbucks I've been in. Dirty, not well kept and they don't always turn thier App location. What's the point of the App if you CAN'T use it? I NOW go to Scooters sad to know you lost a die hard customer in Grand Island!
