Speedy service. Got our order right both times.
Made an online mobile order for drinks, theyre 1/2 price. Online orders stop at 9:40pm the app said and I submitted it at 9:39pm and when I got there, my order was cancelled or "didnt go through". I told the employees I made an order on the app and it didn't process and she said they dont take mobile orders passed 9:30pm. I told her the app said 9:40pm and asked if they would still honor my online order and she said no, you can pay full price. She didnt say it in a nice way either. Sonics app should correspond with sonic hours with my location so no one has issues like these. Bad customer service.
All but four of the stalls are always closed so using the app is extremely inconvenient. The inside was also closed so I couldn't wash my hands when an open ketchup packet that was on the table got all over. Even most of the stalls for sitting down were closed. Empty cars were parked in the open stalls too so couldn't even use those. Not a one time thing, many times it is like this.
WE HAD YUMMY, TASTY FOODS HERE! THE SERVICE WAS GREAT & OUR MEALS WERE DELICIOUS!! WE WERE VISITING FROM PENNSYLVANIA & PENNSYLVANIA DOESN'T HAVE SONIC'S WHERE WE LIVE, WHICH SUCKS, SONIC HAS THE BEST CORNDOGS ANYWHERE & THE BEST BURGERS, FRIES & ONION RINGS TOO!! WE LOVED OUR CHERRY DR. PEPPERS, THEY WERE PERFECT & YUMMY!!! WE VISIT SONIC SEVERAL TIMES EVERY TIME WE GO TO VISIT FAMILY IN COLORADO!!! WE WISH OUR PART OF PENNSYLVANIA HAD SONIC RESTAURANTS!!! IF WE HAD A SONIC IN OUR BOROUGH, WE WOULDN'T EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
Even though they appeared short staffed and had their lobby close the manager was nice enough to let me order inside because it was cold
Was in the drive-thru for 40 min and we didn't get what we ordered. The whole north side was coned off, so forced into the drive-thru.
One of the fastest Sonics I have ever visited for food. Well done!!
Great staff, even with the weather and technical issues. Excellent service.
They never can get an order right. Food was ok what they managed to get right.
I realize a business gets busy.. but apps aren't perfect and my only other option was call in an order because my work also gets busy and I can't always leave to order there and wait. To me its the same thing as ordering kn the phone. Why answer it if you aren't taking orders?
