Excellent breakfast and a great staff packed into this small historic diner. Always enjoy eating here.
1st time we stopped in for dinner. BLAH!! We were sat at a table and told that they were out of prime rib, which was ok, BUT............................................................................we sat, and sat, and sat. 25 minutes we sat. No water & no one acknowledged we were there. The waitresses walked by several times delivering food, steak knives, water, coffee. A gentleman that came in after us was served, but it seemed he had been there before so maybe a "regular" is treated differently? (I hate to make that assumption, but it was all we could think of to validate the terrible experience we had) So, we left. They were busy when we got there, but people left and it was rather quiet when we finally got up to leave. Horribly disappointed as we had heard nothing but great things about this place.
Very interesting side of the road diner. Worth stopping at.
Food is absolutely delicious! Every time! Menu has a wide variety. Service is fantastic. Come check them out.
