Do not work at this place you will not know what you being paid, no breaks I left after one shift over month ago went in other day for pay said been mailed haven't got it I'm going to state department of labor. I then got call wanting shirt back like I'm going advertise for group loser management. I get shirt back when I get paid, need job papa John's rocks
These folks were fantastic. My son complained but that's just him ?. I on the other hand thought they served everything well
Some attendants act like they hate their job and aren't great with customers, but the food is great as alwaysFood: 5/5
I understand the current staffing situation so I'm not going to be too rough. Placed an online order to be picked up at a specific time. Went to the location at that specific time and they continued to help people in line before working online orders. Waited over 45 minutes past scheduled pickup time. 3people working. And 1 of the three was only cleaning. Definitely quicker to go through the line instead of ordering online.
I wanted to give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Qdoba has good food but very very poor service. I walked in and there was about 6-7 people infront of me. There was 6 workers, so I assumed they’d work together to serve everyone. Nope. There were two workers just standing and kept walking to the back. Two workers were helping customers but then one went to wipe off tables and left their coworker behind. Then the cashier would check people out and then jump in to help the customers with their orders. After the cashier jumped in, the other worker walked to the back and didn’t come back to help.I just hope this location gets better at serving their customers in a timely manner. And that the employees find a task do other than just standing around.

Yummy, healthier food fast, only thing that sucks is no real covers if you do want to take it home and some of them locally in omaha have had a hard time with soda fountain working.
I got the burrito I do everything I eat here. Extra steak extra rice. I ordered from Doordash and when I got it it was half the size it usually is. I called and complained and whoever I talked to made it seem like it was my fault and made me feel stupid. I will never eat here again. I'd rather eat Chipotle at this point
The service was good. But the prices were too high for the quality of food. Both meals we ordered were cold.
Just came here to grab food for my son quickly. After having been to the amazing Qdoba in Kearney I had high expectations for this place. First off I was not greeted at all as I stood in line in clear view of 3 workers there that ignored me for 7minutes, yes I timed it. Going on with my order after I was finally acknowledged the gentleman didn't ask what I wanted, what he could get started for me he just stared at me and waited until I spoke with a look of complet frustration and annoyance on his face as if I was interuppting his time. So I ordered my son's food, and checked out and left. No Thank you, no nothing. Just another annoyed staff that sighed as she rang me up and then left the counter as soon as I did to do something else. I purchased a bowl, that didn't have a lid on it just tin foil covering it. Probably not coming here again. This store should really look at how the Kearney store is run and take some tips from them. That Qdoba had us in and out in under 10 mins with 8 people in front of us and 4 people working there. It was clean, they were fast, efficient, polite,and I bought extra stuff bc they promoted their food and I was very happy with the service!
