Food was cold! We went in an order to dine in. At least 7 people came in behind us. One was a group of 5. Needless to say everyone was getting there food before us. Took half an hour to get our food. The lady said they were serving orders as they came in. To say the least we got our food after they served the group of 5 and 1 other. Worst service ever!!!!!

I have gone to this Popeyes three times in the last month. I haven't learned my lesson apparently. First time I was not given the extra side I paid for and I asked for honey. They gave me 10 packets of honey for one biscuit and they put them inside of my box. The packets were touching my food. Unsanitary! The second time my sprite was very watered down. I tried calling them to complain and no once answered the phone. Now, this time the second side I paid for was not closed properly and it spilled all over chicken in the box. This place continues to be a disappointment.

I visited around 530pm. Good employees for being a bunch of high school students. The cashier was especially cheerful! Understood the order and was helpful!

I don't understand how, but the past 3 times we've gone here, they've managed to mess something up. The first time, they forgot our Mac n Cheese and sauces. The second time, they forgot to pack a whole chicken breast. And just this last time, they forgot all our fries in all 3 boxes of our chicken even though the fries were on the receipt. If you order from this location, I'd recommend you check your food before you leave the drive thru or exit the building.

It was good. Way overpriced. Not that good.

Delicious red beans and rice; great customer service!!

Ive never left a review before. Worst experience I’ve had at any Popeyes. 1st of all I said a 3 pc tenders 3 different times. Didn’t get tenders. Got regular chicken. I asked for spicy. Didn’t get spicy. Neglected to put fries in a container and just threw them in a bag. Mashed potato’s not mashed. They are very chunky. Chicken tasted like there was no seasoning. My biscuit looked like someone took a bite and crumpled the rest. Didn’t get silverware or honey. Couldn’t even get the drinks right. Food was so gross we didn’t finish it. At least our dog liked the food ? ( we made sure no bones where given)

Over this place will not return again. Dining room closed, two 14 year olds working the drive thru. Wrong order, no fork for coleslaw.I would call but the last time no one would answer the phone.-1/10.

This place is located by one of the most busy, hazardous intersections on 281. I found out, that the inside seating was closed. Narrow drive up, a semi was unloading supplies, that made the drive up more risky. Had to wait to order, to pay, to get my sandwich. And then figure out how to get safely into traffic. I won't go back anytime soon. Too risky to drive through there. I'll find easier places to get into, get out of, in grand island!

As disappointed as I am about the green beans and dirty rice being removed from the menu, I still love the tenders and keep going back for more. I guess the red beans and rice will be my go-to now. I don't think I've ever had a bad, old or cold piece of chicken or a tender, and that's one of the reasons I am a Popeye's fan. This particular store in Grand Island was a welcomed addition to "food row" and stayed busy over the last 2 years, but hasn't been able to open the dining room as a consequence, so order on the app and pick up or hit the drive through. The location is great, but the entrance is in a funky spot that was likely designed to not add to an already awkward and busy parking lot entrance across the street and a street light not far from that fiasco. Oh well, at least I get my tenders! Get you some Popeye's!
