Ordered 8 boneless medium wings and a chicken parm sandwich for delivery on Thursday evening. Delivery took almost 2 hours to arrive and the sandwich didn’t have marinara sauce, called the store to talk to the manager and he wouldn’t take the call. The server was polite I’m hoping she issued a refund.
We ordered a pizza at 8 pm tonight and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived at 8:13 pm it wasn’t quite ready. The man at the drive thru window read off the order which was wrong but it was too late for them to correct it unless we wanted them to remake the small pizza we ordered with another larger pizza. We declined and they gave us a Diet Pepsi and asked us to pull ahead and he would bring it out as soon as it was ready. We pulled ahead and waited until 8:35 when we went back to the window. He had obviously forgotten about us and the pizzas had been sitting there all that time. By the time we got back home my pizza was cold and dried out. $24 for nothing. We hadn’t been back to Pizza Hut for almost a year after another problem occurred at that time. Now this. I don’t know if we will ever return again.Don and Sue Gulzow
We planned to eat in the dining room at9 p.m. because the website said they were open until 10. However, that was only for carryout. We got carryout to take to our room and it was delicious.
Called to order and use a coupon. New management didn't know anything about said coupons (being all new people top to bottom we were told), they didn't honor them which we can understand if it'sactually new people. I don't understand being told they are fake or being hung up on twice. After calling back the third time to ask current specials we decided not to order as the management actually huffed on the phone. Looks like you need new people again.
A pizza should not take over 90 minutes to make, nor should some wait 30 minutes after being asked to pull forward just to be told their order was lost
I’ve ordered the taco pizza lots of times from different locations over the years, and this was the first time that all of the cold veg toppings were packaged separately, each in a bag, in a separate box, so that they didn’t get soggy & wilted on the hot pizza while waiting for pick up. This is a very thoughtful thing to do, & my order was ready on time as well. The staff was friendly, and overall that little bit of extra effort made a big difference in the end product quality. Also made it easy for my son & I to put on the amounts we like of each item! Well done.
both pizzas were made with the wrong crust and way too much sauce. they didnt warn us that the dining room was closed so i got out in the cold for nothing. and to top it off they said they were out of cheesy bread so we hsd to go with cheese breadsticks. the only thimg they got right was giving my hisband his military discount.
could improve on the entire quality of the food taste and appearance
What a farce! Why does Pizza Hut give these cards out to hotels if they aren't going to honor them? I called to order a free large one topping. I was told that if there's no code on them or they aren't listed as one of their specials then they can't accept them. This came from a manager.
I ordered my pizza on line. I was given a time that the pizza would be ready. 50 minutes from the time I placed the order. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that my pizza was on the make table and that it would be another 25 minutes and I could come back and pick it up. No discount of any kind was offered. I realize that restaurants are short handed but a courtesy call the the number I gave on my order would have eliminated me making 2 trips to pick up my pizza. Now I have just spent more in gas plus waiting on my pizza. I did ask the cashier if they were going to be able to give me a discount for the wait and she said she would ask her manager. When I returned to pick up the pizza, she remembered who I was but did not mention the discount I had asked for. The pizza itself was hot and fresh, but the communication was lousy!
