Honest review of my experience, you decide for yourself.Server was all smiles and quick. Ordered chicken noodle soup and the pot roast w double broccoli.Soup came and I couldn’t put a finger on it concerning its foul taste. Chalked it up as the water must be from the platte river and moved on w/o eating it.My double broccoli and pot roast came and I thought I could forget about the soup, nope! Broccoli was not seasoned or steamed in any manner. Tasted the same as out of the bag and microwaved.Pot roast was left over for one or maybe two days prior and again, just nasty. Ate one floret and two pieces of meat and called it quits.I gave my nice server lady a $20:to cover the cost of the meal and the tip. She said she couldn’t charge me since I didn’t eat anything and I believe her smile to be genuine. I took my $20 back and found a $5 in my wallet and told her thanks, she made more of a tip by being a human and not a troll.Perkins GI served nasty food, awesome service but I will not return.

If there was a no star option , I would have selected that. I've been here multiple times and the service was terrible . Rylee was our waitress and had a bad attitude between another waitress and because of that she ignored us. I want to thank the manager for taking care of everything and apologizing for everything. But when I asked if there was no bacon in my meal I was lied to my face by her.
Food was good for Perkins. Waitress gave us wrong ticket and we did not catch it till after card was run. Had to pay again for correct ticket and wait till first one was dropped. Cashier should have confirmed that the order was correct before running card. Poor practice.
Never again. I called in an order to pick up the lady who took my order told me the food would be ready in 15-20mins. When I go pick up the food lady tells me “there’s no telling” how long till food is done. I got charged 35$ for 2 French toast 1 waffle 2 eggs and Hashbrowns (they forgot my bacon and my sausage) I waited over and HOUR after I arrived to pick up my order and no one apologized. Hour and half later and $35 finally get my order and . ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD . Very bad experience
Perkins is always a good choice. No surprises. Consists great meals at all locations.
We have been to several different Perkins restaurants and wouldn't recommend this one. Unfriendly, hair in food did replace but still paid, charged for toast they asked if my son wanted with order but didn't say it cost any extra and was 2.99, cold food and lettuce had black spots.
Great food our server Octavia was friendly and did an amazing job. We had family in from out of town and had a large party- called ahead to give them a heads up and were rudely informed “we don’t take reservations” - we were not trying to make a reservation, we trying to give them a heads up - whatever. When we checked out the lady at the register hardly spoke to us and when we ask for a muffin to take home she proceeded to sack up a muffin for us - without any conversation whatsoever - then she decided to fill the cinnamon rolls before bringing out muffin to us and ringing up or ticket. Still not a word she gives my 86 year old Mom her change and say “have a good day”. My take on this Perkins -Great wait staff and food - crabby , inpatient, unhappy front of the house.
Food was ok nothing special just seems kinda expensive for what you get. Coffee was weak.
Service was great, the food tasted weird like the fry oil was old/had burnt food in it
