I was really excited about going for lunch. I wanted to eat inside, lobby was closed. I went thru drive thru and got back to work and my chips were soggy and stale. So disappointed
I travel a lot with work, this is hands down the worst pepper Jax I have ever been too. My sandwich was Unedible like sucking on a salt block, & I usually use a lot of seasoning on my food. No lobby your next door to three big hotels. I had to walk back & get my car so I could Use the drive-through I wish I hadn’t though absolutely horrible
I honestly miss going to this place but the drive through is annoying to traverse with how its laid out and their lobby is still closed for who knows what reason (probably a dumb one too) so I haven't gone in ages. I'll be happy when I can go into the lobby and order the way i prefer but i don't see this happening any time soon so their loss i guess. Ley me know when the lobby opens and ill be in to order
Absolutely love this place! Only downfall is they still haven't reopened their lobby since Covid has happened. Which is dissapointing. Because 1. It's fun to watch them cook it. And 2 it's almost impossible to eat in the car.
The food was amazing and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best places in gi for a Philly cheese steak sandwich
Went to pepperjax Grand Island ordered a steak and chicken Phillies. Want he them fireballed and extra toppings, onion, peppers, etc. Didn't receive any of that. So disappointing and a down right rip off!! Will never go back you lost my business for good.
It is wonderful the food is always hot and fresh and doesn't ever take very long.
My husband and I were the only ones in the drive thru at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon and we ordered $45 worth of food. The person at the drive thru window forgot both our drinks, forgot spicy ranch for the Phillies, and gave us au jus dip that we did not order. We had to get the kids attention 2 times so he would give us the pops we ordered and he just kept shutting the window on us. Never going back.
Ordered 2 philly cheese steak beef sandwiches. Not sure how they managed it, one was dry and the other was dripping. They were ok.
I love these steak phillies and fries! I buy one to eat and 2 to go when I pass through here.
