OMG! I absolutely love this Papa John's! I had ordered $40 worth of food from Dominos around 9pm and had to cancel my order due to their ignorant manager, so I decided to try Papa John's around 10pm cause I was craving pizza and my wife was too. But I can't tell you how much of a boss decision that was! The guy who took my order was sweet and kind to my wife, he even checked to see if certain desserts had eggs cause my wife is allergic. Then, we get our food and it was HOT, fresh and cooked perfectly! Pizza, wings, and brownies! All absolutely beautiful! This place deserves more than 5 stars! Keep up the killer job! WAAAY BETTER THAN DOMINO'S!!!

I placed an order 45 minutes before they closed and they decided to cancel it after making us wait 30 minutes. When I called and asked why they had they said they needed confirmation and tried to call us. When I said that we hadn't received any calls and wanted to check if they had the right number. They did so either they are incompetent and don't know how to use the phone or they lied to me and thought I wouldn't call. Terrible customer service.

One of the best quality franchise pizza you can get. Tad expensive without a deal. Sometimes you have to wait a fair bit even if you preoder a carryout.
Don't know if it was coz they were really short staffed or what... But tried to order 2 pizza last night by phone. asked if we wanted carry out or delivery, said delivery just to be told they didn't have delivery. then come to find out it was going to be almost 2 hrs to get our pizza. ended up ordering pizza somewhere else which the other place 40 minutes
Ordered piza for delivery tonight we usually pick up but both under the weather. It was here on time and delicious. The delivery drive was very friendly.
