Their online menu claims anything you order will come with rice and beans. Online ordering and phone number didn't work to order takeout but "What a great deal" we thought and trekked over to order in person. After an exceptionally LONG wait for our food, we discovered none of our various entrees had rice and beans and got a dismissive shrug from the cashier when we went back to ask about this. :/Also, don't go for the carne asada option on anything unless you enjoy overcooked gristle getting stuck in your teeth.

Ordered online at 11:22am and picked up my order at 11:45 and they had no clue about my order, which I had already paid for online. I order in advance because of my short lunch timeframe and still ended up wasting my entire lunch waiting yet another 20 min for my order; 40 min total. Not an apology or concern for what happened. Have courtesy and fix your system. To top it off my order was wrong; I asked for NO ONIONS.

They never answer the phone when I want to make an order. I call again and again and again and they never answer. I arrive and there are hardly any customers there. This happens most of the times we order food from here. We love the tacos but they have room for improvement in their customer service.
If I could eat Mena's sopes everyday, I would. But then tacos would feel left out! Yum...Also, please be advised... the carne asada here can be habit forming! Make your belly happy, eat at Mena's!!

We go there often. There's nothing there that we don't like. I feel their tacos are one of the best in town. Plus their open up late on the weekends for your late munchie needs . Give em a try. You won't be disappointed.
